Brown and crisp on the sides, and soft and chewy everywhere else. The filling was tasty, too. Our main dish was Sesame Beef, one of our favorites. They typically stir fry it here, but we asked for the traditional deep-fried version. We weren't disappointed. The dish was absolutely delicious!
