We had John to our house to mud drywall for our bathroom. He was subcontracted through another contractor (Almar Carpentry). He did an amazing job. While we were having the bathroom done my wife was re-painting the adjacent bedroom and I had put some wall compound on nail holes around the room that we were waiting to sand. Well without even being asked, John went around and professionally finished all the repairs on those holes AND around our cold air return at no extra charge. Just to be nice. A few weeks later we decided to ask him to come and quote a job doing some minor drywall repair in another room. He answered the phone with my name and said he'd be by the next day. However, he called me back a few minutes later and said we should go through the original contractor from our bathroom job because he didn't want to feel like he was stealing a customer. Man! That kind of service and integrity is hard to come by these days. If you need drywall repair, I don't think you could hire a better guy. read more
