The plumber had to turn on the cold water valve (previous home owner had the handle for the valve, but the screw was missing). Tried out the washer and cold water was leaking - because the guys from Home Depot didn't tighten up the hose connections. Had to call the plumber back. He checked ALL the hose connections and tightened up each one. I couldn't ask for better service. Very friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend.

Had freeze burst pipe over hot water heater 1/16/23 & finally got small contractor to fix water damages- floor had to be replaced in guest bath room & contractor discovered the missing part was missing on that commode too.
