Throwing my receipt at me and pointing instead of replying doesn't work for me, as they spoke to each other about their weekend plans. It's also always a bit difficult as well when the majority of staff throughout the store doesn't speak English. Not the end of the world... I did get many steps in trying to find items myself! It's clean and staff are friendly. On site, they have a pharmacy, optometrist, Mobile Shop, and a Tim Hortons too! Lots of parking. Hopefully they will carry more T&T (Asian) products in the future! The assortment: they have a bit of ethnic products but it's not very well organised. Again some products maybe in the ethnic aisle but some maybe in the mainstream aisle as well so if you're looking it may be best to ask an associate. I also like that this location has a wine section thats pretty extensive which is very convenient. The service: I also find that I am always looking to ask an associate for help since this store is so large. Surprisingly tho the associates, though they may only be part time, are usually very helpful and am able to direct me to what I am looking for The cash registers: I personally prefer to use the self checkout since there are usually no line ups. I was called disgusting and kicked out by the customer service lady and manager just for returning it. If anyone is disgusting, it's the people that served me today. They don't even make the cakes by hand here; they're frozen and brought in bulk. Don't waste your money--buy a fresh cake from an actual bakery. I would give a 0/5 if I had the option.
