Attorney Heather Pauls, and her legal assistant Sarah, are the dream team for when you need to join that club you never wanted to be a part of. I rarely write reviews, but this dynamic duo deserve all the praise I can give! Their professionalism, knowledge, support and sense of calm during the most stressful time in my life was everything I needed to help guide me through. Whenever I had a question (constantly) or was confused (regularly) they both took the time to carefully explain every step of the process and clearly lay out the plan. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed with them by my side. As an added bonus, they both have wicked and witty and hilarious responses for those times when you feel like there is nothing to do but cry. They empathize with the pain you are in and they work hard to help you get to a better place. You are not "just a client" to them. From my initial consultation, to gathering the copious required documents, to receiving the final decree, to being taken back to court for a child support issue, Heather was kind and personable, and communicated with me promptly so that I always felt like I had options and support. The entire process was reminiscent of the Never Ending Story, but kudos to them, they never once blocked or ghosted me! Heather exceeded my expectations in every way. She is brilliant and thoughtful and tenacious when necessary, and she went way beyond what I could have hoped for in a lawyer. She looked out for me and gave excellent advice. I trusted her implicitly every step of the way. She became a friend and she is the one great thing to come out of all of this craziness.
