I am extremely upset with my experience at Bubby Bath. This own Mr. Broussard was rude and down…read moreright hateful to me and my sister yesterday. In one week I have sent a good 25 dollars or more TRYING TO GET MY TRUCK CLEAN but that never happened. I am poor to say the least but my money is hard earned and I do not appreciate going to his car wash and being robbed by equipment that does not work properly or dispense fluids adequately as the timer counts down I trying to run around getting stuff hoses to untangle quick enough and work properly fast enough to wash my truck within the time given for the money put into the machine. This happens just about everytime I go to any of his car washes. Time before last he was present when this happened and basically said there was nothing he could do about it for me. I was so insulted by his mannerism; almost hostile attitude towards me and then my sister and I as well yesterday. He made me cry and threaten to call the law on me when I ask for a refund. First get offered to wash it for me and my sister and I sat in the truck while he washed and then he said to us ITS FINISHED WE GET OUT AND LOOK AND IT WAS STILL FILTHY ABD HIS RESPONSE WAS "THATS AS CKEAN AS IT WILL GET HERE"...I SAID: EXCUSE ME AND THATS WHEN HE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON US. I WAS CRYING AND IN A HUGE HURRY. BUT HE DID NOT CARE ABKUT US AS HUMANS NOR CUSTOMERS. I FEEL LIKE MANY PEOPLE THERE USE AND DO DRUGS AND THATS OFFENDS ME EVEN FURTHER BECAUSE II AM SOBER AND CLEAN ABD GIVING THIS MAN HARD EARNED MONEY AND I AM NOT BREAKING THE LAW YET HE IS GOING TO TURN AROUND AND CALL THE LAW ON ME , FOR WHAT???? BECAUSE I AM DEMANDING THAT HE STOP TAKING ME MONEY THRY THOSE MACHINES THAT DO NOT WORK PROPERTY. POINT BLANK IF I HAVE TO GET ATTORNEY I WILL.

The staff were very friendly and answered all my "it's the first time" questions. One thing that's different here compared to other car washes is they scrub your car. So your mirrors that usually don't get love, they get it here. Definitely a good experience and they did a great job on getting the vehicle cleaned.

There's no underbody wash, their side brushes need to be spinning in opposite directions so that both ends of the wheel well edges(front and rear) get cleaned and some larger brushes on their tire and rim cleaner. If you have folding mirrors, fold them in before entering the wash. Other than those minor issues, I highly recommend this place.
