I still don't remember who made the suggestion but one of them said "would you like us to cut it now?" All I know is 20-30 minutes later the front lawn was immaculate the grass clippings had been blown off of the porch AND without being asked or prompted our little sliver of grass on the side and in front of the back patio was trimmed. Then to top it off Andy appeared at the door with the Zelle code so I could make the payment without a bunch of hassle. AND one of them (again, don't remember which one because they were a team) asked if wanted to be put into the biweekly rotation? OF COURSE I DO!!!! What an amazing professional team of young men. "Dad, you 'done' good with Andy and you hired well with Jackson!" Keep up the good work. And Jackson - I have my eye on you. I can NOT recommend this company or local branch for adequate and knowledgeable service, keep any and all arrangements made when plan is purchased they do not return customers money. I am giving them until Monday to contact me with information about why they have not returned almost 1/2 of the money paid! After that, I am filing a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office. If there is enough complaints submitted, the Fayetteville branch could be shut down.
