As is typical of electricians installing low voltage cable and equipment their work leaves a lot to be desired. I wasn't able to be home when they were doing the install so I wrote down specific instructions of how I wanted everything installed and what needed to be switched on the modem so it would work properly with my own equipment. Not only could they not follow basic instructions of where to put the equipment but THEY DRILLED A HOLE THROUGH THE DINING ROOM FLOOR instead of running the fiber optic cable up along the existing phone cable. Someone who was home at the time mentioned this and the installer said it wouldn't work which is BS as that phone line was installed after the house was finished. The installer just was lazy and didn't give a damn so he went with the easiest route. Now I have an exposed fiber cable IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER in my kitchen. To say I'm pissed is a colossal understatement, as now not only does the equipment need to be moved but the cable run needs to be redone as well as he didn't even leave enough slack for it to properly reach the modem. It's blatantly obvious that you don't train your techs on how to install low-voltage cable and equipment at all, as this install is the most pathetic excuse of a "professional" install that I've ever seen and I've seen multiple rats nests of cables. It's clear that the only reason your company won the bid to complete these installs is that you were the cheapest option and it really shows. To anyone who's looking to have this company install any wired internet or camera systems: RUN FAR AWAY. I'm not even sure I would trust them to properly install electrical equipment if this install is representative of their other work. They're never stepping foot in my house again and now our ISP will have to spend more time and money sending one of their own techs out to fix this mess if I'm not able to fix it myself. To top it off the installer tried to take two pieces of MY EQUIPMENT that is from two brands that our ISP has *NEVER* used for *ANY* of their customers. Thankfully someone who was home stopped him from taking the more important piece but he ended up taking another one with him that I thankfully got back the next day after multiple pissed off phone calls. This whole experience has been a complete shit-show and I will *NEVER* do any business with this company if I can avoid it. And *NEVER, EVER* have an electrician install low-voltage cable, as this is the type of workmanship you can expect from most of them if they aren't trained on how to properly install this type of equipment.

It was to replace 2' of drywall and baseboards that was damaged in a flood in the basement. It took 2 days to complete. 1 to repair and replace the drywall and baseboards. The next day to paint. He cleaned up well after each day. You can tell that he took pride in his work as the results were impeccable. I have a new basement. I found out that Hector just started out his own painting business. He was just picking up work until his business picks up. I booked him several months later to redo 3 bedrooms including the master. He took out the popcorn ceiling. Pulled out carpeting. Installed new luxury vinyl flooring and baseboards. Paint and clean up. Again, results were impeccable. What's amazing was that Hector was a one man crew during all this time. I have since referred him to friends and they have also been extremely happy with his work. I would call to let him know and i would go straight to voice mail. atleast 6 times. Ended up sending subcontractors to come do it. Did not communicate with them. Told them he was on the way to give them money but never showed. finally told them he told me to pay them directly. News to me, that put me in a very bad spot. Told me the plumber said they were going to be here the next day but he hadn't even called them. I ended up having to call and cordinate everything. everything was susposed to be finished by July 1st. still isn't done because he didn't tell the subcontractors to prep for a exhaust fan. The last time I spoke to him was several weeks ago when he said he was on the way here. Never showed up and I'm going straight to voice mail. No one has been paid for this job by him, I have had to pay the subcontractors myself. it isn't right to expect people to be hours away from home working and not be getting paid.
