Relative sat in county jail waiting trial for a year and a half with his cohorts ages 16, 18, 18, and 20. 1st time offenders as adults So many programs available for 1st time offenders, right? Well Andy turned into a prosecutor weeks before sentencing. Saying they're going to get 15 years if they don't testify in court, they 'all of a sudden found a fingerprint'. After a year and a half bro? In court Andy was unsympathetic, even giddy. Just no pushback from Andy whatsoever. They got 12.5 years each in prison for 1st degree Armed Robbery, Violent!! Found no weapon, only hearsay! The victim didn't want them to get much time. He thought they deserved a second chance. Dollars wasted on a lousy lawyer who want to please prosecutors. Very disappointed.
