They agreed to install the poles at 3 ft deep but when I had them removed during the repair process, I found the poles were only installed 18 inches deep. The work they did looked terrible, functioned improperly, and put my family and property in danger. This company has wasted my time and money and caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress.
