The shirt was originally $300 and 66% off. $100 for a totally unique shirt that I have received so many compliments on every time I have worn it. I don't usually spend a lot of money on my clothes, but I am thinking I need to go back and get me another one of these over-the-top shirts. The staff women seemed to be swooning over one customer who said she held a position of status in the medical field. This place, at least on this day, seemed to have that snooty "size you up" upon entry feeling to it. The majority of the US textile industry went to China. One of the new owners is originally from China who understands the market decided to bring in some high quality garments and assessories that are not mass produced. The problem is the care instructions on these garmets are not in English. Not that everything in the store is from China ether. This only amounts to a small percentage of their overall inventory. Margaret O'Leary. Paper Label, pink wheels and indigenous are still carried along with locally designed clothing and other well-known lables. It's the idea that China produced clothing is somehow both inferior and cheap in quality which is far from being true. With everything there's good and bad. In the case of Crazy Fox they have beautiful silks, Cashmeres and wools from China. If sold under American lables we are accustomed too seeing would cost three times what they have things priced for and their clothing is manufactured in China too. Crazy Fox will eventually have their own labels before long to clear up any confusion with what they are selling. As for the care instructions those are easily translated for the buyers by the associates who are knowledgeable with all the different materials used in making the garments. Don't judge to quickly because they have beautiful and unique items not found anywhere else.
