She won my business by being friendly, turning bids around in a speedy manner and walking me thru the process of getting new countertops. Then the owner, Robert, also came to our house to check over things, make recommendations, etc. Today, Dino and his crew (9 people!) came to install a VERY large island! They took their time, in talking thru the process of how best to bring the material in. And then made sure the installation was flawless!
