Once completed(BARELY to satisfaction), we paid All Variety in full, All Variety neglected to pay the Window Supplier, and a lean was placed on our property by the supplier. This took several thousand dollars of legal fees and months of headache and stress added to our lives before the lean was released. To this day the owner has made no attempt to right any of the wrongs in this project.

He has burnt his bridges at his major wholesalers. He failed to pay his installer a dime for the work that was done at my house. The job is not complete and the process started in May of 2023. Fact is, they quit communicating with us months prior to the cancellation. We finally got a judgment against them for the amount of our deposit. Collecting our money is unlikely because the company is in trouble. But I will continue to do everything I can to see that no one else gets cheated out of their hard-earned money like we did. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

I returned to the home after their installation and they installed ordinary windows essentially making our sunroom into a room with a lot of windows and even more wood. We made it clear we wanted to replace the SUNROOM windows and we ended up losing over three feet of view out the backside of the house. I immediately called the sales person and his manager Sarah. She refused to do anything about it. Did not offer any form of refund and essentially said it was our fault for not understanding her sales person. Myself, my husband and our contractor all agreed the sales person said nothing about losing this much of the glass. I asked for the name and contact number of the owner and Sarah refused to supply it. I can understand her not wanting her boss to know how much they messed up but it really lacks integrity to not make upper management available to speak with a dissatisfied customer. The screen the installers brought in November was damaged and the door handle was not what we ordered. Supposedly these were ordered on installation day but when I called to find out if there has been progress I was informed they would be ordered and be here in mid-January. The windows are pricey and would not be recommended based on the service provided.

He showed me and explained there was quite a bit of water damage on the interior walls that caused a mold issue. A much better solution was offered with totally redoing the insert with modern looking tile, a shower niche and a colorful mosaic to add some color. What a wonderful transformation it was ! This lead me to redo my main bathroom shower area as well.
