He is always pleasant, professional and very polite. He made sure to ask if we have had any issues with our system since the last service, and whether or not they were addressed to our satisfaction. Dennis is very thorough.He checked to make sure that everything was working properly before he left, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. It ended up costing less than Harry quoted, despite doing extra work that the guy said was "the right thing to do". We have an older home and finding a technician who has knowledge and experience with both kinds of systems at a good price can be hard, but Legacy came through. Charlie was prompt when scheduling a time to service both systems and made it a very easy choice to go with them.
