Very disappointed! Was told the price was typical for a corsage and boutonnière for the prom. I was not given any choice of flowers. Paid $85 only to find out people that went elsewhere paid $40 to $55. I was embarrassed for my son to give the corsage to his date. It had 3 roses a piece of greenery a few clear beads and a tiny bow. It was by far the cheapest looking corsage in his whole group and I paid $30 more!! I will never use this florist again and will definitely not recommend them! I would give zero stars if that was an option! read more

This Florist has not produced the floral arrangement ordered. My husband requested a specific flower to be included in my 15th Wedding Anniversary arrangement. They called him the day of delivery and was not able to produce what he asked for. He then asked for a vase of assorted colorful flower be sent in place, asked for a reduction in price due to them not providing the "out of season" flowers and they refused but said they would send a bigger arrangement. What I received was a white and yellow "basket" not vase and the flowers were pitiful. Some died and others turned brown in 3 days. We did call and complain because when you pay over $100 for flowers you expect them to last and be what is promised!!! They literally did not care and hung up on my husband... We will NEVER EVER order from them!! read more

Tried to order a corsage for school dance. Woman on phone was not friendly and tried to rush me into ordering. She stated their "prices were the cheapest in the area" After calling several other florists, I learned that Johnston was a minimum of $10 higher than 3 other locations. I have bought a few arrangements on the spot from this florist. Today I walked in and asked that they can make an arrangement short notice for my friends birthday. The lady behind the counter was extremely accommodating and friendly and funny. I didn't expect the best service on short notice but I was wrong. My friend messaged me immediately upon her delivery of an amazing bouquet that arrived well before I expected. The flowers are beautiful and she was so happy with her B-Day flowers. Nice job! WOW! I was shocked when Johnston The Florist brought my new and beautiful replacement flowers! I would give them more than 5 stars for what they 'did' about my problem. Do their actions speak much louder than their words? Absolutely! The new flowers came quickly AND they are more alive, fresh and a stunning arrangement. PLUS they apologized with a impressive arrangement of tulips and daffodils! I had a terribly disappointing experience at Johnston the Florist. In preparation for showing up at my fiance's bridal shower I called and asked for them to put together a $60 bouquet of orange, white and blue fowers. The women I spoke to on the phone, whom I believe was the manager, was very curt with me and seemed rather annoyed that I was calling in the first place. She offered very little guidance as to what flowers they had in the colors I preferred and told me only that they could do something with orange roses. I told her that I had a coupon for half off and she told me they would take it. I paid over the phone and my future mother in law then went to pick up the flowers for me. When my future mother in law showed up the bouquet they had put together was clearly a $30 bouquet (13 orange roses in total with some cheap white flower filling), not the $60 bouquet I had asked for. In other words, rather than make a $60 bouquet and then take 50% off they made me a $30 bouquet and pretended it was a $60 value. In addition the roses were all closed and didn't look that great. As we needed the bouquet that day (the bridal shower was in an hour) we just took the bouquet as is. It was upsetting though as I really wanted to show up in style and would have ordered a $60 value bouquet whether or not I had a coupon. The next day my future mother in law went back to the store and pretended to be a customer and asked about the cost of roses. The price she was quoted confirmed our suspicions, the value of the flowers in the bouquet they made for me was only $30. When she then brought this up to the manager and told her she was upset the manager changed her story and said the roses were actually a different price. The manager was very rude and began yelling at my mother in law for even asking about the price difference. All in all I would recommend everyone stay away from this place. The manager is very rude, they don't provide you what you pay for and the roses they chose for the bouquet were all closed and looked wilted. In addition their flower selection was rather minimal. Counting on them for a special occasion backfired on me and don't want it to happen to anyone else. read more

Came in at last min, on a Sat for an anniversary gift of flowers for the wife and had a very nice array that's perfect for a table center piece and not just your typical vase.
