*** WORST CLASS 1 DRIVING SCHOOL EVER *** for me This…read moreschool took over $12,000 for my Long Haul Class 1 and can not supply any driving hours Since October 12/21 I've only received 3 lessons I'm still owed around 60 hours, with them refusing any driving time or refund Both instructors hate each other, bickering constantly creating a lot of anxiety for students The only person that knows anything in that company is the driving instructor Jeremy He's great but unfortunately you don't get to stay with him Judy the owner answers the phone putting on a good front, but really just doesn't care once you pay It seems to be a regular thing to have upset students, failing their road test or just walking off screaming from their lessons in the parking lot Not only is the management neglectful and unwilling to resolve or accommodate any student issues but they just don't seem to care at all Truth be told they have no qualified instructors to work with them to let the crappy one of two go In my opinion the trucks are unsafe and in need of serious repair They were again getting evicted from their parking lot and from what I understand close to bankruptcy Needless to say they are for sale I would NOT recommend this company at all !!! I took lessons from Rain and Robert - they are both very good instructors. They are both gentle and nice, and taught me really well about how to drive safely. They also clarified my questions I had for flow of traffic , intersection, reference point and road rules. I also like the fact that they are consistent with the car they drive -so even when I was with different instructor, I was able to drive consistently. The administration was also fast and efficient. I can pay the lesson via cheque or email transfer and I can can easily book lessons via text or email.

I said that's fine and said as long as his wife was a licensed instructor. I felt this was a reasonable and valid concern to bring up as a parent. This is when he went on a rant. Following were his response: Of course she's licensed ! I wouldn't ask if she wasn't. I find that to be an insult!! I don't run a hot dog stand! It's a licensed driving school. They also made sure to call me back right away when they see that I have a missed call with them. My driving instructor was Sukh and he really helped me learn the rules on the road and the usual practices that they look for in the road tests (ex: shoulder checks, 360 check, etc.). He was also really patient and would calmly tell me what I did wrong. He was also really good at explaining and answering areas that I was confused about. He also took me to the areas where I did my road test so I kind of knew like where the speed signs were and the speed limits of those areas. My sister got me in touch with Parmot and I immediately felt more at ease. Parmot knew everything about the test centre, the neighbourhood, and every point I would be evaluated on. He made me feel much more confident in my ability to pass the test. More importantly, he made me a better driver. He spotted all the bad habits I'd picked up from learning to drive without a qualified instructor. He got me started on replacing them with better ones--even though, of course, you can only do so much in ten days. I recommend Parmot highly for drivers who suffer with nerves or anxiety. he has a skill for recognizing when learners are getting stressed out and applying just the right amount of pressure to keep them improving without getting overwhelmed. Even when I sometimes struggled to catch certain words because of his accent, he was always patient and persistent in explaining the procedures until I understood them. Everything about the process was easy. Parmot accommodated my tight schedule by giving me five lessons in ten days. We started and ended each lesson at my address. The lessons were ninety minutes each but on many occasions, such as when we got stuck in traffic going out, he sacrificed more of his time to make sure I had trained the skills I needed to. On the day of the test, it was a Richmond blizzard! This was a surprise to everyone. The front desk clerk told us there had been a few no-shows that day by the time we arrived. Thanks to all my preparation and the confidence I gained with Parmot's guidance, I was able to keep a cool head for the test despite the curveball and I passed it with three minor notes.
