I hired his team to sweep my chimney and while doing so, Kevin noticed a crack in our fireplace. Instead of attempting to charge us extra to patch it, Kevin told me what was needed so I could do it myself to save some money (which only cost me $5)! They even offered to do it for us, but they weren't able to locate the material in their company vehicle which was no biggie at all!
