It took them 4+ trips to my location to work on the problem and they never truly corrected the issue. The next contractor we called identified and resolved the solution in nearly 30 minutes and was much more professional. While Roto Rooter seems to be available most times of day, it may not be a positive experience based on my personal interactions. I ended up having to spend over $1000+ on Roto Rooter and the final problem was not even fixed.

Our test was negative. I asked them to reimburse us for the original test which they declined to do. In my opinion they should not be doing water tests. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me.
