EVERYTHING! What happened to this place? My husband n I hadn't visited for over 3 years. We decided to go, due to the weather. (Our go to is Moose in Pasco). Not only were the dealers rude and acted as we didn't know how much they gossip, but the bartenders, lmbo... What happened? I said NEVER AGAIN! From the sounds of it, it's all okay. With the prices of everything, a drink that I usually order is $18, I would've hoped to somewhat taste the alcohol. NOPE! The bartender (Ana), was so rude and had the attitude of "I don't care", I didn't want to continue to drink or mostly, TIP on top of the actual price. Then to hear the dealer say "well it is Ana. Unless you are tipping her, she won't pay attention or care if you are unhappy", is crazy. Being a private company, I would assume the opposite. So this is the weirdest place. It's an all in one situation with bars, gambling, bowling, and an arcade. It's also got some of the rudest security I've ever dealt with. We were actually having a great time until the asshole "bouncer" told us we couldn't go collect the other half of our group to go home without paying to enter the salsa area (we had been there for at least two hours and spent a good amount of money and had ZERO interest in salsa dancing). He tried to act like we were the bad guys just trying to grab our stuff (including an ID for one of our party) and made what was fun no so. You guys lost customers thanks to one short jerk who treated us like crap. read more

Went to the comedy club. From out of town and decided it might be worth checking out. The comedy was great, however the service was downright bad. They brought out our drinks, and it was disgusting. I couldn't even take a sip. For $11, I should be able to enjoy my drink. My companion also felt the same way. When I nicely asked if we could get something different, the hostess said she "had to ask the manager first" ummmm what? Everywhere I've been, if the drink isn't what you expected, you send it back no questions asked. Then it was "ok but usually we don't do that." Oh okay, so you force your paying customers to drink drinks they don't like? Says a lot about this place. Sadly won't return or recommend to others. read more

Our server, Hope, was excellent. We went to Comedy Night and had the prime rib dinner. Everyone at Joker's was helpful. A good time was had.

Becky is the rudest person I've ever met. She was so mean when taking my order and then she brought out food for other people who came after me and didn't grab mine. Which was fine at first because I knew she was busy but 15 minutes of waiting and still she hadn't grabbed it so I asked a different person and they IMMEDIATELY grabbed my order and said it had been ready a while. I took one bite of my food and she came over and told me to "MOVE, this is my space to get customers". She then threw my food across the counter. My sauce cup was near her pin pad and she scooted it so much it spilled and she snapped at me for that. I have never been treated so poorly. I never go to jokers but I was there for a friend's birthday and just wanted to grab some food. The rest of the staff was so kind and helpful but Becky was so unnecessarily mean. Just be careful if you go here. my friend got roofied here at the bar. I came the next week and paid to get in and was immediately confronted by this bouncer who said I was drunk... I don't even drink but he saw me walking with a limp on the way in. even tho i explained this to him he called the head of security who pushed me out before my money was returned to me. the bouncers were all super racist and even though they admitted I was clearly not drunk they stood by the guy's decision to kick me out. read more

So it's a comedy club, bowling alley, arcade, bar, casino and a club all in one spot. Thursday night is ladies night nice crowd takes 10 to 15 minutes to get one drink bartenders are super slow so order 2 or you'll be upset standing in lines all night. The music is very old hip hop (1999-2004) and they keep throwing in salsa, merengue, etc. Which they play all night on Saturdays so it makes no sense. I would give zero stars if I could 20+ years ago I use to go here the bouncers and workers were rude and slow back then nothing has changed went for comedy night still the same they need to get better bouncers and ones that are not rude we had vip seating we wanted to change to general admission they refused us said we could leave if we didn't like it who wants to sit away off in a corner can barely see anything and I paid too price for vip should of been able to do general if so desired as there was still seating available will never go back here again I don't even know how they keep there doors open anymore. other then all the little different things they offer instead of just a bar atmosphere I think that's the only thing keeping them afloat is the salsa dancing on sat nights along with comedy nights bowling and gambling to make it more appealing to other ppl to come in get more ppl because they have it changed there ways of rudeness or trying to cater to anyone by serving drinks or food any faster or being courteous they have 0 customer service skills read more

Sadly it's one of the only places for nightlife in the Tri-Cities so you'll have to put up with very rude security. We decided to take my adult son on the spectrum to watch comedy and they checked ID and slapped a band on all our wrist, next thing we know the shortest security kitten came up to my son and very rudely started questioning him about "What do you think you're doing?" We were all confused and he started grabbing my 19 year old son and I had to jump in because nobody likes to be grabbed and I can't have my son thrown in jail over some guy with "little man syndrome." At the end when he finally was able to get the band off him he kicked my son out and said to go in through the other door. This little man is still an important part of their security because he can act like such a juvenile. My son enjoyed stand up when we lived in NY and had been called on to get burned by the comedians but now will never even try to enjoy it locally due to this prick. read more

If there was a zero star option I would choose that.I have been to jokers before since it is the only good spot in the tri cities to go and dance. This weekend me and my friend got kicked out for being "too intoxicated". I was waiting for my boyfriend to get money from the ATM for the cover charge and they kicked me out for waiting and "swaying". I was wearing heels, you want me to stand still and put all my weight on one leg? There were other people visibly drunk tumbling down right next to them. My other friend was a male and he couldn't go in because he was "swaying too". I don't understand. Please get it together. After all these years, I won't be going back. read more

These negative reviews are accurate! Got kicked out for being "Too intoxicated", I had one drink.. I was wearing high heels and slipped causing me to grab my friends arm. Apparently that's something only a complete drunk would do? The bouncers pulled me outside and away from my friends and wouldn't let me back in despite not having my keys or phone. (my boyfriend still inside had them in his pocket) I had to wait outside until one of my friends came to check on me. Even if I was drunk that was an incredibly stupid thing to make a young woman sit outside by herself with no way of contacting someone for help. The bouncers were rude and racist. Walked in, walked out. Nobody was around to greet us, seat us, or let us know whether or not they were even doing any business. The only people we saw in the restaurant were the "casino" players going to the bathroom. Wow what complete disgrace of a company! They kicked me out after I paid to get in because before I was patted down I informed the security that I was golfing all day and still had an un-opened beer I was holding for one of the others in my party. No where near intoxicated or buzzed, security decided to kick me out because I pulled it out and was honest. I was there for a professional conference and in no shape of way going to treat the week like a party. I felt very embarrassed because I was sober compared to the twenty people they let in. I would not recommend this place for the whole fact that the security guys are just big guys with superiority complex. Plus the Uber driver told me on the way back home that he gets many people that are irritated with this establishment because of the same reasons. I love Jokers! I've never bowled there, but i do have experience with their casino, bar, and comedy club. Joker's Comedy is one of my favorite things to do in Richland and I recommend it to anyone passing through or residents who haven't yet experienced it. Typical comedy cost is $10/person but you can sign up for promo emails and I end up with 2 for 1 tickets or free tickets at least once a month and i receive 1 email a week, to offer the special and tell you who the weeks comic is. Kurt, the "Clown Punk of Comedy" is an awesome MC and does a great job getting even small Thursday crowds fired up for the main acts. The one thing I complain about, is that once comedy starts, to have a server bring you a drink, they add a dollar to the price of the drink (alcoholic beverages) so its cheaper to go to the bar yourself. Overall Jokers is a great place to go hang out, enjoy a few laughs, and have a good night read more

Exactly 10 minutes ago, we had security tell us to leave because my boyfriend was wearing sweat pants? Like really? We and along with our friends spent hundreds tonight. We were all having a good time and even went to the comedy club. And when my boyfriend left the black jack table to find our friends, he was told that he needed to leave because he was wearing sweats.Wow. I would expect it this in a five-star establishment. But this is just Jokerz(Clever name btw). For the people that don't know about this place, it's not even worth a one-star. They have a bar area and a kids area 10 steps away that reminds me of a run down Chuckie Cheese. Seriously guys, go down to the next shady looking bar and I promise you will find better service there. read more

Door bouncers are A-holes. Rude staff. They also refuse to let you enter unless they can scan your ID. Which is not state law. You only must provide ID. You don't have to allow them to scan it. Won't ever return. read more

I do not understand how the security chooses to remove people from the bar. The other night we had ordered one drink each and sat at one of the tables minding our own business. The drinks were big so we took our time finishing them. Two hours later I still had a few sips left and we had not gotten up from the table at all apart from visiting the bathroom once, yet a security guard approached us and asked us to step outside for a moment. He informed us that we were too intoxicated and had to leave! I find this ridiculous. I would have been quite understanding if we were acting up, falling asleep, or being obviously unable to handle our alcohol but at no point did any of this take place. I have partied too hard before and have been cut off from drinks before, but each of those times I knew it was fair of them to do that. However, this experience at Jokers was different. We were only planning on having one or two drinks and wanted to have a relaxed night out. We weren't drawing attention to ourselves in any way. I felt talked down too and I think we were just an easy target for them to kick out so they could make more room in the bar and make more money off of the people in line waiting to come in and pay the entrance fee. We were sat right by the entrance where a security guard was watching us for some time, so I feel as though they noticed that we had not gotten up to buy more drinks for a while and then decided we were useless customers.
