For my Vermont Turkey sandwich, I asked for no mustard since I don't really like mustard but he told me that it's part of the secret recipe so I requested for light mustard. To my surprise, the mustard was really good and complemented the sandwich! Everything about the sandwich was perfect: the bread, the cuts of meat, the veggies. The sandwiches here are definitely a work of art and made the trip to Vermont very memorable!

They also have a few breakfast choices like sandwiches that come with eggs and hash browns on these. It's about $11 for Mike's Falafel. This has the choice of coming with creamy dill or tahini. Rest of the menu is typical subs with meats. They also have one with hummus, as well as a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Has a lot to get for a small ass deli.
