Went in at around 535pm today to dine in before we had an event to go to. Ended up waiting 40 minutes to get our food. Asked for a bad to get it to go at that point bc we needed to get going. Here's the most frustrating part of it.... The restaurant wasn't even busy when we ordered, so I don't understand why it took as long as it did (this location has no drive thru either). My son and I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches, and the wife ordered the aloha yumburger.... Didn't even get what she ordered - she ended up with an aloha chicken sandwich instead. You'd think after 40 minutes of waiting for such a simple order it could have atleast been right. Along with that, the food was cold. Have been to jollibee in Virginia Beach and the one up in Alexandria/Linconia area in the past and have never had any issues, so I don't know what this locations deal is. I came in to order for the first time since there's a hype about this franchise. I went in at 10 am to beat the crowd and it was early no crowd at all. Justine B took my order and I wanted to sample pretty much everything in the menu so I placed several food order. I asked for some item to go and with the combo I asked if Justin B can go whead and have those to go. He didn't comprehend that I did want the whole entire combo to eat. I explained I just wanted to eat part of the combo and not the whole entire meal and I would have to come back to ask for a box for to go. He had such and attitude and was rude in insisting that on just take the whole combo for me to eat at the table. I will not come again cuz I don't need to get annoyed with their customer service. Started my day in a bad way. I wouldn't recommend this place for just that reason. They need to train them better. read more

i was so excited when we had a jollibee open up near me instead of alexandria until i actually went there. while this jollibee has a drive-thru, they don't have a lot of the menu options the alexandria location has. it's been "dumbed down" for us. they also won't have the spicy fried chicken until the new year which is a huge disappointment. the only reason i like jollibee is because their spicy chicken is so much spicier than the competition. the regular chicken is no better than kfc/popeyes/rofo. i'll review again in the new year when they actually get spicy chicken but this was a huge fail by the store and its management. the service also seems lackluster compared to the alexandria location which is surprising because it supposedly took them forever to open in chantilly because they were training. the only good news is that the peach mango pies seem to be consistent with the alexandria store which means they are amazing as always. my advice: if you're into the spicy chicken, don't bother going here until after the new year. read more

This was my boyfriend and I's first time trying Jollibee. My Filipino friends kept telling me to go visit this new location, so I had to give it a try! First impression walking in was that I felt very welcomed by the staff immediately as I walked in. The cashier was attentive to take our order and was kind enough to help us navigate the menu and decide what to get. Ultimately, we got the Chicken-Joy bucket with sides of mashed potatoes and adobo rice! The food was TO DIE FOR!! Chicken was crispy, fresh, and piping hot. The gravy that came with it and the adobo rice were nicely seasoned and packed with flavor! I have a sweet tooth, so I had to get the mango pie, and let's just say, it was perfection! I would definitely come back to try some of the other items on the menu, such as the Spaghetti, Chicken Sandwiches, and spicy chicken! The decor was super cute too with the green chairs, mascot, and isolated dining area in one part of the store. read more

I ordered 6 pc spicy chicken bucket but 3 out of 6 pieces were regular. They could have just said they didn't have enough spicy chicken. Also, the service is very slow. The place was not even that busy. Had to wait 15 minutes just for one order. read more

I hope the service improves with time. Consider having someone with customer service experience take orders at the front, or provide adequate training. Not a good experience today we order online the food was delivered but half of our order was missing so we call them and an associate answered we explain what happen and we told him that half of the order was missing so I decided if I can talk to a manager but he said our manager was so busy she cannot talk to you I said that's not an excuse no matter how busy your manager she needs to talk to us because half of our order is missing so finally I talk to the manager and she ask me that if I can pickup the food I said I can't because we only have 30 mins break and she told me that she cannot do anything about the only thing I can have our food is to go their store and pickup the food if I want . 5 stars for the spicy chicken sandwich, probably best fast food version I've had. 2 stars for cheeseburger and the fries, which are McDonalds-level or lower. Also, think this place opened recently, so they're still working out the logistical kinks, but there was a level of chaos involved in ordering inside the restaurant and getting the food. read more

Jolibee is great food. Although the drive through forgot half of my order. Had to drive back to the store. Service is great and kind.

Mash potatoes and gravy had good flavor. The chicken was just alright. I would not be a repeat customer.

Food was terrible. Wait was over an hour AGAIN! Service was bad. Order was wrong TWICE.
