This is a strictly food review. My husband was excited to come check out their chicken and gravy. Chicken was underwhelming to say the least. It had good flavor but was overpowered by the grease taste after. And not the good grease either the old grease taste. It was also battered poorly because It kept falling off of the chicken. We went to order halo halo and we were told they did not have any. 30 minutes later we saw them making two orders of halo halo. WTH!! When we inquired about that, the manager (we knew it was the manager because he was dressed in different uniform than the rest of the crew) said "that is the last two they were making". Would rate 0 if possible. I never write reviews, but my Auntie received the most unprofessional service last night at this location. She found a cockroach cooked inside one of the chickens. She went back to the Jolibee and brought the chicken to show the manager what she found, and the manager said "we don't cook cockroaches in our food" and proceeded to YELL at my auntie while all the employees in the back started adding their two sense and backed up the manager. The employees were yelling that they didn't do that and it's not their fault. She also insisted that the cockroach was placed by my Auntie and claimed she was lying. Even though the chicken WITH the cockroach was presented to her. The manager then crushed the chicken in front of my Auntie and said "what do you want me to do" and my Auntie politely asked for it to be refunded and she said no. She refused to give her a refund and my Auntie walked out with no food and no refund. The most unprofessional and inconsiderate group of employees. Damn straight, I'm giving Jolibee 4 stars! And because their fried chicken and pies are way better than KFC and McDonald's, respectively. Yea, they're posers, so what? They make a superior product when I'm broke and want some cheap and calorie-ridden fast food. Their C1 Chicken Joy combo (2 piece chicken with rice AND gravy) is always my go to. The chicken is meatier, crispier, and not nearly as greasy as KFC's. Jolibee's has just the right amount of trans fat for my arteries. :) Another good eat is their Mango peach pie. Outside is super crunchy and inside is gushing with sweet fruityness. As a final note, you should get their Filipino spaghetti if you haven't had it before. It's a lot sweeter than the traditional and comes with slivers of hot dog too! A little pricey for $5 though. This is one of those restaurant chains that is all over the world that caters to Filipinos and their taste buds. The food is good but not the healthiest . The burger is ok. A lot of other places do it better. The chicken is really good, flavorful, and can be greasy but awesome. The little burgers are like crack. If you have one you feel like having another one. Love me some Jollibee but customer service at this location is terrible. I placed an delivery order using the Jollibee app and doordash ended up delivering it to a wrong address. I called the store since there was no way to contact Doordash or the driver and the receipt email said to contact the store with any issues. So I call the store and speak with the manager. First she tells me I'm lying and that I got my food, then she tells me I gave them the wrong address. After i explain the address was correct and i didnt receive the food, she then tells me I need to contact doordash. I explained to her the order was made thru the Jollibee app and there was no way to contact Doordash on my end but then she started to yell at me that I'm lying and that they never deliver to the wrong address. So I yell back at her that all I wanted was a refund or my food and she tells me she can't do anything and hangs up on me. 30 minutes later she calls me back saying she contacted Jollibee and figured things out and asked if I still wanted my food and instead I asked for a refund which she agreed on and told me it'd take couple of business days. Never once apologized even after she realized she was at fault. Well a week passes by and no refund so I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. read more

The Spaghetti was very good, different than any other Spaghetti I've ever had, the chicken was fresh and tasted good too. The Chicken Sandwich was bigger than I expected and had a good flavor to it, didn't taste like processed chicken patties you are used to getting elsewhere. Each day they have different "treats", I usually order the treat for the day to save some money. It comes with the chicken bucket and sometimes with burger steak, spaghetti or pancit palabok depends on what day. The Jollibee electronic transmitter buzzed before I even finished my shopping. The staffs here are friendly and polite. If you were to eat here, there are a lot of tables and chairs available.
