This is one of the Jollibee locations that often gets renovated at Great Mall. This place has a very aesthetic designs in the restaurant where it's bigger and has many nice tables compared to the location at Union City. In terms of the quality and tastes of the food, there is no difference between both locations. Staff are being friendly and appropriate to customers no matter which location you're at. Usually, gets the job done and serves good-quality foods to customers on time. I sometimes go to this location, because usually it gets traffic going up north and coming back from it especially during the weekdays. That's why I come to this one sometimes. Located inside the Great Mall. Not a large space but the large tables can accommodate more guests who choose to dine in. After light shopping and browsing, I'd worked up an appetite & made a mental note to try this place out! The line was a bit long but moved quickly. Each guest was given a pager to notify them when orders were ready. My order took about 8-10 minutes to be filled. Since this is my first experience here, the staff offered insight on the menu as some things were unclear for me. There were quite a few diners inside enjoying their meals. The cleaning staff didn't delay with cleaning each area after diners parted. All of the staff appeared to be masked during my visit. My order consisted of the 1pc chicken joy meal with the pineapple quencher as my beverage. This meal also comes with gravy. I loved the pineapple juice and the chicken and gravy were fine. My chicken had a nice crisp and flavor, the gravy was a nice addition for dipping my chicken. The spaghetti however, not my favorite. The sauce was sweet, topped with cheese and chopped hot dogs. The noodles were cooked perfectly but still not my favorite. Overall, an ok experience. In the future, give them another visit to try some other menu items I didn't get the chance to. read more

First time trying this Filipino fast food chain and I like it! The seating areas are cleaner than McDonald's, the diners are cleaner people that don't smell. The palabok is tasty with guilt free portion, just hope the egg slices can be more generous. The aloha burger is great since I don't like pickles in burgers. First timer here. Born and raised in Bay Area yet somehow this was my first time trying Jollibee and I must say, it wasn't worth the wait. I ordered the two piece meal with mashed potato side and it came with peach mango pie. I also got the spaghetti since I've heard it's good. The spicy fried chicken was good, especially with the gravy. However that spaghetti was not it for me. Now I already knew ahead of time it has more of a sweet sauce and the flavor was familiar even tho I can't think of what it was but I just didn't enjoy it. Extremely disappointing experience that completely wasted my time. I ordered spicy chicken and was told there would be a 35-minute wait, which I accepted. After waiting the full 35 minutes, I was given original chicken instead and only then informed that they had run out of spicy chicken. This is completely unacceptable service. If you're out of an item, customers should be told immediately when they order, not after they've already waited over half an hour. The lack of communication and consideration for customers' time is appalling. I understand restaurants can run out of items, but basic courtesy requires informing customers upfront so they can make an informed decision about whether to wait, choose an alternative, or go elsewhere. So everytime I'm in an area where Jollibee exists I have to make a stop to get our favorite cheesy yumburger, chickenjoy, palabok, spaghetti, pineapple drink. Service Typical fast food place. Friendly enough when asked for adjustment or extra condiments. Line usually moves fairly fast even during rush hour. May take some time for the food to come out but most of the time it's not too bad. Food quality Hit or miss. It's a blend of KFC and Filipino food. I like the fried chicken. May taste bland, but I usually eat it with ketchup or chili sauce. Get the spicy version if they don't run out of it, I think it's better. The palabok was not that exciting. New Ube pie while interesting, it's pretty bland, opt for the mango/peach pie instead. Cost It's pretty hard to find decent food at a good price these days. Bro and I came by this morning and order the chicken combo comes with two bags of fries and two large size cups of sodas for a mere $18! a tremendous savings. Once we placed our orders they would give us a pager and ready for pickup when it lights up. The chicken sandwiches served on a bun were golden crispy fried, crunchy, tender layer with unami mayonnaise no lettuces, onions or tomatoes simply delicious as it is. By the way you can request spicy or plain and the employees were very attentive and friendly which made our visit quite pleasant. Spacious interior for those who wished to dine-in. Would definitely come back for a family value meals or a simple Filipino luncheon/dinner can't beat their prices. Came here for lunch since my coworker and friend couldnt stop talking anout this place. This location is outside Great Mall. I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, and their pineapple drink. I placed the order for 12 pm and when i arrived it wasnt ready. When we fot our order the fries were cold so they replaced them with hot new ones. The chicken tenders were good and the siracha sauce was good as well. The pineapple drink was refreshing. The chicken is on the expensive end compared to other fast food joints, but Jollibee is now on the top of that list. I ordered a few buckets to go and when I got home, the chicken was still hot and the skin was still crunchy! I've always loved the crispness of KFC chicken, but Jollibee is just as crispy without the excessive saltiness! Even smothered in gravy, Jollibee isn't too salty. I read online that the spicy chicken is extremely spicy, but I tried it and it wasn't bad at all. The spice gives it just a kick and I enjoyed it more than the original! First time revisiting this place since the pandemic and glad that the space expanded to better serve the high volume of the Filipino community in the area. Clean, new, and well staffed. The prices have increased due to the social climate and quality of their food, but the quantity of the food has diminished from what we've experienced in the past. Also, this location doesn't serve breakfast. The evergreen location does though!! What I ordered: -Spicy Chicken Sandwich: good amount of heat from spicy aioli sauce and surprises they put slices of jalapeños in the sandwich itself. The chicken was crispy and filling. -Pineapple Juice: a definite must try or better alternative than a soda fountain drink since it's refreshing and not too sweet. -Peach Mango Pie: My favorite dessert! I've been to Jollibee a couple of times long ago, but I don't ever recall trying the chicken here. My bf and I got the chickenjoy & pies deal (10pc bucket w/ 3 pies) with spicy chicken, 2 peach mango pies, and a pineapple coconut pie (seasonal). We got our order pretty quickly. Maybe less than 5 minutes. We decided to eat at the place while the chicken was still hot and crispy. One thing I thought was strange was that they didn't have any napkins or utensils available on the outside. I had to go up to the counter and ask which might be an annoyance if you underestimate how much you'll need. The workers there were pretty nice and friendly though. The chicken pieces were HUGE. I was done after one piece honestly. The 10 piece lasted 3 meals for me and my bf EACH. The chicken was VERY crispy. You could hear the other person crunch on it like an ASMR video. The inside of the chicken was very moist, but at the same time, I felt pretty grossed out by how unnaturally moist it was (think about how grossed out you were when you read the word "moist" :P). It was like eating oil and butter straight up. It was a lot better the next day after air frying it. In regards to spice, it was pretty mild but you could tell it was present. They also had gravy but we didn't really touch it. The peach mango pie was crispy on the outside and bursting with filling. I'm not much of a peach person so I didn't care for it. The pineapple coconut pie, on the other hand, was bomb! This place is super packed during lunch, and online ordering becomes unavailable to a certain point. Came in on a Friday around 12pm and the line was almost out the door. It look around 25 minutes to get to the front and another 10-15 to get our order. Super spacious on the inside with lots of seating available! Cashiers were working super hard to get everyone's order out asap. The only problem I found was that it was hard to hear what the cashier was saying bc the surrounding was pretty loud. I got the Jolly Spaghetti ($6.99) without the soda. Would definitely recommend if you have never tried filipino spaghetti before!! It will change your life, a lot more sweeter than regular spaghetti. My go-to Jollibee! With the convenience of it being in Great Mall, it makes for a great meal after a day of shopping. I've eaten here several times and each one hasn't disappointed at all. I ordered online ahead this time around, scheduling a pick up to avoid a wait. Upon getting there, it wasn't too clear of where exactly to pick up my food as it wasn't in its designated area. After asking however they helped us right away and we had our food! The Chicken Joy here is a must have and is their most iconic item; dipped in the side of gravy it's the perfect combo! The Palabok here is nice and flavorful, but the noodles can be mushy. I prefer it over the spaghetti when choosing a combo, because 60% of the time I get a spaghetti #1 I can never finish it and #2 the noodles are at times hard. The peach mango pies are amazing as usual, especially when it's eaten right away! The halo halos always make a great dessert on a hot day too. The flan topping is a 10/10 :,) The chicken sandwiches are mediocre, the breading isn't as crispy as the regular chicken joys. Despite of their store being closed for the day, the staffs willingly opened the door to accomodate our son and gave him his chicken joy and fries and did not even made us pay. We are humbled. Our son have autism and cannot fully express his emotions but we know he felt that he's accepted and was not treated less than and made him feel safe and very welcoming. The app really helps circumvent this, though picking up you still have to wait to be seen in the pickup area. The staff is friendly and had staff cleaning the eating areas and trash which can be difficult with the amt of customers they had that day. While many people rave of the chicken. To me it was just okay kinda average. The yum burger was interesting juicier and had a bit more flavor than a McDonald's hamburger. I came here to this location to get dinner. Instead I got treated like a prisoner. After waiting 25 minutes for my food, my name/number was finally called and the lady that called my name/number quickly turned away after tossing my food onto the counter. I tried to get my food, but was intercepted by another employee who was insistent on checking my receipt which I already tossed into my bag. So now this worker who was probably just cleaning tables with her dirty gloves is now fishing around my bag with her dirty ass gloves. Apparently they thought I was trying to steal food because I had been standing waiting for so long they apparently forgot I actually placed an order 25 minutes earlier!!
