First and foremost, Jon is not what you would expect from a stereotypical Lawyer and he is honest, forthright and willing to fight for you in the Courtroom if necessary. If you have thin skin and want someone to tell you what you want to hear as he prepares your case, he probably isn't the right guy for you. However, if you want a results oriented professional who will do everything in his control to obtain the best outcome for you, he is an Attorney for you and if you do your part, he'll do his and fight for you in ways that will achieve the best possible results. If you don't like the results, he is willing to go back and do it again to your satisfaction. He knows the legal system and will give you homework that is on you to do in preparation of a hearing and if you do your part, it will make his job easier to defend you and likely come out in your favor. Yes, he will check on your homework progress and expect you to deliver. The homework is to help you. I saw several other Attorneys working the court rooms and I can honestly tell you that Jon owns the Courtrooms he walks into and has several courses of action every time he is presented with a situation. He will go to great extent to uses the Courtroom as his playing field and level it to the best possible situation for his client or leave it if the circumstances are not in his clients best interest. We hire Defense Attorneys to look out for our best interests, but I would be remise if I didn't say that Jon is a good person who is genuine and really cares about people in general.
