Jon did a phenomenal job at selling our home at our asking price. He went above and beyond for us. I'd highly recommend him!

I would not recommend this realty. Unethical, unprofessional tactics. I was given a realtor from…read morequickens and this realtor did not help and would take very long to respond. Through whole transaction she never called or texted and was full of excuses. When I finally fired her I was given someone else who was nice but also too busy with personal things. When I tried to close they sent original realtor to house to let me in. This person who is supposed to be professional came over dressed like a slob and bullied me. She asked who I was and screamed that she just wanted to see the person who fired her. she then threatened me that I have a lot of enemies here. She instigated me and did not stop. After all is said and done I complained to the VP who stated she would talk to her. She talked to her and concluded it was both of our faults. First of all she came over to bully and start with me. Second she is supposed to be a professional . What is even worse than what she did is a VP saying it's ok And not apologizing Or acknowledge what was so wrong with situation. after that they would not give me the keys to get in. The next day they were supposed to mail important keys to my house but they didn't!!!! How crazy is that?? First they state they put it in US mail, why would you do that when you know they are slow? And when I asked for a tracking number they could not provid. I could only assume that loose cannon of a realtor threw them out. This was supposed to be a happy day and she made sure she destroyed it , a realtor someone who is supposed to be a professional, and then she flaunted they are the number one realtor . I will be suing and lots of reporting. Poorly handled shane on their unacceptsble behavior.

Erica Sylvester made the process and experience fun, seamless, and kept us engaged and informed accordingly, as we were new to the process. Erica made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions and search and we could not be more happy with the outcome. Erica and her team worked collaboratively and had strong communication throughout. The relationship we developed with Erica and the Coldwell family is something we will always be grateful for. I highly recommend them in your next selling or buying experience.

Wrote this review in 2020. Just posting now. We have…read morebought 7 houses in the last 5 years and Aimee has been the worst Realtor we have had. We never even met her. My husband flew in to look at houses and someone else showed them. He saw one and wanted to make an offer. Aimee said she was at dinner and would get to it when she was done. If you know anything about the Wilmington market you know you can't wait. I was with our AL realtor at the time and she said, jokingly, did I want her to write an offer and put it in? The offer went in and they accepted. Instead of Aimee finding 10 minutes in her weekend to meet with my husband she had him drop the check at her house while she was out. We got an email from her assistant saying from then until close we would be communicating with her not Aimee. Our other realtors have always been there for us every step. When the inspection happened she never went over it with us. Our other realtors always did and helped us decide what to ask for. Aimee didn't even look at the report, she said she looked at the red items but that she wasn't handy so couldn't advise us on much. She said we shouldn't ask for anything because houses are sold as is and asking for repairs isn't normal (It is) It was like she didn't want to do any more work. There was a TON that came up in inspection. We asked for $5500 and they came back with $4000. If it were up to Aimee we wouldnt have asked for anything, instead we got $4000. As we settled into the new house we would ask Aimee different questions to see if she could get answers. (Why are there extension cords buried in the back yard? What is the code for the garage? Did they keep a garage door opener because there is only one here?) We were asking things we should have already been told. at one point it took over a week for her to get back to us. Not with answers just that she was just seeing the email and she would try and get answers. She wasn't on it! Oh! They had really great shelving/ organizers in all the closets. We specifically asked if they were leaving the shelving in the closests because they mentioned that they were taking the shelves that were hanging throughout the house. They said yes, the closet shelves stay...but they took the closet shelves!! We mentioned it to Aimee. She didn't care. Idk if she is new or if houses sell so fast in Wilmington that she is just there for the commission and moves on to the next one and doesn't really care about anything else. We were having to ask our old realtors in other states questions because it was quicker and easier to ask them than to ask Aimee! The sellers lied on the disclosure. They lied about a lot of things, the biggest being that the yard has no drainage issues. It floods every time it rains! When I asked Aimee what we could do she said call the closing atny. The closing attorney said Aimee should be able to help but since she told us to call them they gave us some atny numbers because they couldn't help. When I told Aimee about the issues she said she was confused because we got $4000 in lieu of repairs. I told her those were the things we KNEW about. These were things they hid like broken appliances, leaking windows that they caulked to band aid over. A yard that floods whenever it rains and cost $20,000 to fix! She isn't helpful and doesn't care. At one point we were asking questions about the house she said we should contact the old owner's ourselves. We had to find them on Facebook because she nor their realtor gave us their info. For her to not understand our distress or to offer ANY advice is frustrating. I called our realtor in Alabama and she talked to me for 15 minutes about it. What we would need, who we need to talk to, etc. She said to first call our realtor because she would be our biggest help. Maybe if it was someone else but not Aimee. She doesn't care. She sold the house, got her money. Her job is done. Take the commission and run should be her agency motto

I followed up with a phone call today to the listing agent who is Mary. When she answered the call, she had a lot of background noise and didn't answer in a professional manner. I assumed I might have called her personal number. So, I asked her was this her personal or business number and she stated "business". I asked her what the approval process and requirements for the property in Holly Ridge. She began to ramble about how she thinks that she has already spoken to me previously. I assured her she has not, and she continued to tell me that Section 8 is not accepted, and the rent can't be adjusted lower than $1,500. (Which none of that was asked) She also became very combative and disrespectful, asking me not to waste her time if I don't qualify. I immediately felt offended, I ended the call. Mary called me back when in her car and sounded inebriated, slurring her words, speaking over me and started ranting to me about how she works f***ing hard for her business, how she didn't mean to say Section 8 to me and the process on her journey with real estate. None of which I asked her. I did tell her that I'm recording the call, and she said she didn't care. She continued to demand that I listen to her and what she's been through. -- I work in the corporate industry, have immaculate rental history and I'm paid very well. That was the least of my worries. It's her demeanor and lack or basic morality that has me speechless. If this was the last company on earth, I wouldn't dare conduct business with them. I attached the listing on Zillow which was very vague. I also, attached the phone number I called and the call log from when she called me back arguing and I disconnected the call again.
