And I had received a call back this morning. I had saw I missed the call, but didn't listen to the voicemail. Duta, just time restraints and being overwhelmed and stressed over this whole situation. And I was told that they do not have the staff to help me even to give me a consult. They have multiple lawyers and multiple legal AIDS. But nobody has an hour to even give me a consult. But when I when I didn't listen to the voicemail, I got a huge sigh of frustration, unprofessional from their secretary, because I didn't know exactly who I was supposed to be speaking to or who, they called me a little professionalism. And a little empathy will go a long way when somebody's dealing in a situation like this. And unprofessionalist, even others The lawyer to not even talk to me.And in rather shove me off and tell me that they just don't have the lawyers.The staff to help me is just sad.Lawyers will pick and choose cherry pick and choose the cases that they want.So that they don't have a certain look on their record

Transparency on availability and timeframes as well as realistic expectations.
