They also cleared up any misconceptions I had about the bankruptcy process. I thought that my filing of bankruptcy would result in me being blackballed but it is quite the opposite. It is seeking out help from a situation that I felt overwhelmed in and could not financially dig myself out of. I personally had to file a chapter 13 so I could manage my debt and they made sure I had an adequate opportunity to follow the courts instructions by following up with me. They not only educated me during the bankruptcy process, they also helped me gain back some dignity and control of my financial situation. Matter of fact it bothered me enough to hang up on him, acce that I made a bad choice of attorney, based on me being given his contact from another attorney that didn't handle workmans comp cases. I do not believe that I should feel like a burden contacting the attorney that is supposed to be representing me. I am a client and believe that this attorney has not treated me with the dignity I as his client and source of revenue should be.
