I've been enjoying the services of Jones Family Eyecare since 2015. Dr. David Jones is friendly and very knowledgeable. I received excellent care and Dr. Jones happily answered my numerous questions about my eye health, explaining things in terms that I could understand. The staff processed my new eyeglass prescription quickly, helping me to pick out frames, and explaining my insurance coverage. I wholeheartedly recommend Jones Family Eyecare. read more

Last year, I saw Dr. Allison, who was amazing, and now this year, I saw Dr. David, and it really made me appreciate how well they work together as a cohesive and put together doctors office. Both doctors and the office manager, Jamie, are extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything regarding eyes. I plan on continuing to visit Jones Family Eye Care for all of my eye care needs. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Allison and David J.

The husband and wife optometric team own and operate Jones Family Eyecare together. Dr. Allison Jones is originally from Stickney, SD. Dr. David Jones is from Indianapolis. Both Dr. Allison and Dr. David graduated with a doctorate of optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry. Both doctors currently reside in Brandon, SD with their children. They enjoy the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

When I arrived at the store, the pickup area was covered by an awning which was nice because I had forgotten my sunglasses and the sun was really bright. When I called to let them know that I was there to pick up my groceries, they answered on the second ring and were extremely friendly. Every other time I have picked up my groceries from a Walmart, it has taken them at least 5 to 10 minutes to come outside with my stuff. However, this time, Suzie came out with my groceries in about a minute! She was super down-to-earth and nice. I tried to give her a tip and she wouldn't accept it! I thought that was extremely noble of her. I have a very good opinion of this Walmart now. Even though it is further away from my home than the Walmart on Louise, I think I will go to this Walmart from now on.

"Apologized" for not seeing me then refused to let me through. When I pivoted and went back the only available direction he got aggressive. Guy was old enough to be my dad. Gross. Then had a guy look me in the face and cut in front of me in line at checkout and just dared me to do something about it. Nobody intervened, he wouldn't have done that if I was a man. Women shouldn't have to put up with weird aggressive men just to buy a couple of things. Walmart needs to take note that most household spending is done by women who choose what to buy and where to buy it. Catering to men to the point your stores are unsafe for women. Either make your stores safe, give women some women only shopping hours or we will take our money somewhere else.

When I contacted customer service for an explanation, I was directed to a web developer who denied the facts of the situation and claimed that all watches are shipped in this condition. The lack of professional expertise and the refusal to acknowledge the condition of the watch is unacceptable for a luxury retailer. I would advise looking elsewhere for any significant jewelry or watch purchases, as my experience indicates a significant lack of quality control and professional customer support.
