They came and measured but never said anything about needing a deposit at that time. We picked out the floor and dropped off the samples back to them and made our order and asked it they needed anything else. They said no. Talked to them in Sept 2018 before we left town to make sure they had everything they needed and was assured they didn't need anything. I called to set a date for laying the floor and was told that the flooring had not been ordered yet because of non payment. MY asking 3 times if anything else was needed and told NO now my kitchen is on hold till the flooring comes in which the dates have changed now 3 times. And still no reasonable date for installation. I have 20 guests from out of town coming for Thanksgiving to see my new kitchen. Since they made this mess no one seems to want to do anything to clean it up. Sunflower Carpet is not reliable to keep their word or do what they say. I would not recommend them for dog catcher.

There were so many things that could go wrong. We could miss the mark on the template, someone could cut the glass who didn't care or didn't follow our template, etc. The office personnel were friendly and helpful when we placed our order, and when we went to pick up the glass, the shop workers were also friendly and helpful. When we got the 1/4-inch glass plate home, it fit the table perfectly! I was amazed and so thankful that the Glass Services Inc. professionals took the time and care to cut it so precisely. In today's business world where mediocrity or lack of professional care is rampant, this was a wonderful breath of fresh air! The cherry on top was that the final cost was slightly LESS than the ballpark estimate!
