We took our dogs to this groomer multiple times and unfortunately I'm not able to recommend them to others. They were very rude to us and scolded us for our dog being matted. Now mind you, she did have some Matt but it wasn't severe and we went to the groomer for help because we have a bearded collie and her coat is very difficult to maintain. Instead of help, we got yelled at and she said she would not even groom her again and less they shaved her. If she would have spoken to us in a more respectful manner we may go back but we do not appreciate being yelled at. I also have a friend who took her dog there and the dog is scared to death to go back so needless to say she will not be taking her dogs can either. read more

I have been searching for a new groomer. I have a 6 month old Lhasa apso who is very playful. His haircut three weeks ago came out terrible. I brought Bogey to Jones Groom Room and was so pleased when I saw him. The hairdresser stated that he was a good boy and that she could not kiss and hug him enough. This alone melted my heart. Mommies worry about their babies. I am a snowbird, but when I am in Ohio, I will bring my little boy here. They are so loving to your pets. My sister had her 4 month old shih tzu cut here a week before I came. Ranger looked cute too! read more
