Their main offices are in major far away cities like New York and Chicago. The repairmen are local. One company refused to give me an estimate. Another wanted to charge me 950.00 USD. Finally we made a great decision and called Overhead Door domiciled in Greenville, S.C. The repairmen was an overall terrific guy. He thoroughly explained what he was doing step by step and gave me some valuable tips. His name is Rusty. I would recommend him to anyone! Incidentally, Overhead Door gave us an estimate over the phone with a senior citizen discount and they stuck to it!
