I coordinated a ride to be picked up after dropping off the vehicle for 4 new tires. After receiving a text saying that the vehicle is ready, I coordinated another ride to be dropped off to the shop only to be told that the vehicle is actually not ready. Once the tires were installed, it triggers a text to customers saying that the vehicle is ready. However, this is a false alert as it now has to go for an alignment. As I'm sitting in the lobby, I watched another customer show up after receiving the same text message and was told the same thing. They were not happy about it and left again. Your employees are well aware that this is a communication problem. Please make customers aware up front so that they do not drive back prematurely.

If I could give less than 1 star- I would. Horrible- Horrible…read more I was on time with my payments the entire time that I had a contract with this company. I called to cancel my contract(which I was told that I could do) due to some surgery costs, etc. that my small family would be going through soon and knew that the tires were not financially a wise decision. I spoke with VITO- he told me that he could not schedule me until sometime the next week to return the tires. However, that since I have done a great job making payments, they would try to work with me and make it more affordable. ALSO- since I still wanted to return the tires. That I would need to pay $140+ before they even accepted the tires.( even though I did not even OWE at this point). The payment bounced because I was paying for an upcoming surgery- which I explained may happen since my payments were going to start soon. He called the next week, had added MORE fees. said that he would not even put me on the schedule to return my tires until I was paid up. I could not make a payment until the upcoming Friday(that is when my paycheck hit and I was willing to pay up and schedule so that I could move on from this experience). Instead of working WITH me, he called obsessively. Offended me and my fiancé-said we were thieves and that he would file charges with KPD stating that we were attempting to steal his tires(even though we were asking to return the product). He called MY MOTHER the next day and threatened her with all of the KPD threats (she had nothing to do with our file-was just a person just in case need help to contact us). He called her back and told her that I was stealing his property. and that he had spoke with me like 30 minutes prior to that second call and that I sttd that my mother was dead. I had not even spoken to him that day- I was at work, and away from my phone. I confronted him about this- and he made up lies that he had spoken to me and that I told him my mother was dead(COMPLETELY False). That he had told me to have the tires at the business the previous Thursday. (COMPLETELY false). He had told me that I could not return them until I was paid up. He threatened me again with KPD. He called me this morning- Because I had to schedule to get replacement tires since I was waiting until he would schedule to get the tires that I had(and that I was not allowed to take them off of my car). threatened to call KPD AGAIN. while refusing and offending me after I asked for corporate number. SO after he threatened me again with KPD before I got off the phone after telling him that I would be at the business today at 430. I called KPD- his threats are meaningless. I am glad that I was taught at an early age to always record business calls. because KPD listened to what was going on and said that if I had issues returning the tires by being harassed by employees OR VITO- That I could call them to the business for help. (Thank you, KPD). They also provided me with corporate's number- which I called. I told customer service what happened. EVERYTHING. The actual truth. They emailed the GM. after I got off the phone with them- I called the GM and I am now waiting for a callback. Oh by the way- future ref for any person that unfortunately deals with this business-- read the reviews of this business. RUN! Do not go with this business. Also, CORPORATE said that I could take off my tires. I do not have to have RAW take them off. Especially when there are reviews of damage happening to cars that are going through the same Situation that I am. The KPD sttd the same thing, as long as I do not damage the tires- I can take them off myself if I do not feel safe allowing the business to do this.

That visit went okay. When I went with my daughter it was totally different. Once the Marcus saw my wheels and tires he told me there was no way I purchased from there because he never seen my particular wheels and tires before. He definitely had major attitude with me for absolutely no reason!! I really felt disrespected as a woman, because when I was in there the first time Marcus treated all the men he encountered with much more respect. He continued to question me with much attitude about if I purchased the said wheels and tires from that particular location. Once we were back inside I gave him my necessary information to prove to him that I purchased those wheels and tires from that particular location. This is no way to treat a lady or anyone that comes in. I wouldn't recommend this particular Renta wheel location AT ALL!!!
