Same with Ryan's review, they quote one price and then another and told me they wrote down one price in their records, but admittedly didnt tell me the quote. The person I was with remembered what they told me. Only one day before they are scheduled to do the job that I needed done urgently and had appt scheduled for several days with them already, they tell me it is more and didnt want to haggle with me on the price and left me stranded. They even told me if I did all the work bagging everything and taking it outside (which I did) they would give me a deal, and it wasnt even though it was a lot more work. They say "Cheaper than a dumpster" , but they really are NOT. The dumpsters I have used in the past from Junoll are cheaper. I used this company twice before when they were a newer company and they were great and stuck to their quote and very professional (even though every time they do not show up when they say) , but they explained they do a lot more business now, so I guess they have the luxury of doing this to their repeat customers. My Wife and I were moving to Seattle and had a lot of left over junk and a couch to get rid of. Due to our mover's lack of communication. We were left with a very short amount of time to get the discarded junk picked up. Nick was available and happy to pick up our stuff last minute and was able to take Payment over the phone (because we had to leave first thing in the morning for our 4 day drive out west). His pricing was fair and he sent photos of the completed job. My favorite part this experience is his great communication. He was always responsive to texts and calls. read more

Excellent experience with Nick! Called on short notice and he was able to arrive in 30 minutes. We weren't sure all of what we wanted to be hauled away and he was very patient. Discussed approximate amount of junk I had on the phone, gave me a price range. Upon arriving assessed what was there, firmed up the price (still in the window he gave on the phone) and got to work. Very disappointed in their service and upholding their quote. Spoke with Nick and explained all the large items needing hauled and approx number of bags. After gathering all the trash there was definitely more small stuff than planned, but the number of large items did not increase and when Nick and his help showed up they met with my wife and looked at everything and more than doubled their quote, but said it may not be quite that much and said they'd call her after an hour of work to let her know. They never called until a couple hours later when Nick called me to say they were finished, but could not get one of the large items and told me they would not come back to get it unless we paid them more on top of the more than double their original quote total now. They would not budge on the price that they misquoted and would not come back to get the items that would not fit even after they saw everything and included them in the new quote/total. Also, upon inspecting their work once I got back in town there were more larger items they did not take as well. Very disappointed they would not stick to their price and even after I paid the more than double total would not return and complete the job. Definitely not cheaper than a dumpster! read more
