(pls remember that)…read more Mike and his father john came. decided i didn't need a vent it was the sewer pipe in basement that needed snaking instead. So, they drilled a hole in cast iron pipe n black dirty water went all over basement floor. now remind u; i am 70 y/o and crippled. so i "trusted" them to do what is right. long story short; and 2 hrs later; the bill went from $175-200 as stated by braden to $325. First, they moved my cane i had leaning up against wall at bottom of steps for when i need to go down there. NEVER put it back; secondly the removed framed pics i had on top of steps and again NEVER put them back!! I texted Mike early friday morning and never heard from him. so friday nite i texted braden and explained my issue(s). he quickly became irate in his response to me and then stated "mike was on vacation today. (remembe above how he stated we are very busy???? well, why did mike go on vac???? anyways i have a dirty filled water basement and bradens smart arse remark was "call service to remove water we dont do that.," NO??? GOOD plumbers clean up after their mess!!! Its called professionalism. its not that my sewer pipe busted and water gushed all over floor, they did it by drilling hole so they can snake it. so they created this mess!!! Now i need to hire someone to clean up after them; and i'm on fixed income. these days are getting worse with how greedy ppl are re: money. you will reap what you sow, more than you sowed and later than you sowed.
