We have used Jone Plumbing Heating and Air always. The first time I used them I had a rental house and they were quick and reliable. When I bought my own house I still use them. We had a problem on Christmas and they sent someone. They fixed the problem and then told us the heat (which was old and we knew it) was on its last legs. We contacted them in the spring and bought a new heater from them a fair price. They installed the heater and we haven't had a problem with it since. Christmas of 2020 our heater wasn't working right and while they didn't come out that day they told us how to fix it until they came the next day. They came and they knew what was wrong with our heater. We've called them three times and three times they have been great.
