I sent an email about 5 minutes ago, but am unsure it went thru. The Audrain County Sheriff's Dept are using harassment tactics, gang stalking, and other means against me on the daily. Drones sitting above my home, people following me and using "brightening" with their headlights to signal one another and communicate. I urge you to read target justice and get a better idea of what I'm referring to. There are severalawsuits in other states from this same very means of harassment. I also believe Audrain County Sheriffs Dept have a form of what is called v2k (voice to skull) and have found a way to intercept my thoughts. Yes, I know how unbelievable that may sound. However, about 2 months ago there was a feeling in my left ear. Almost like a finger had been pressed down in it. A cpl days later I begin hearing voices. One of the first things was then instructing me to do small things like set my phone on the floor, or as I lie in bed they would direct me to put my left leg over my right. Silly things. But I believe this all was done to make sure I could hear them. Later they told me I needed to leave Mexico. And as time went on they got more threatening such as slit my throat and kill my family members including my 12 year old daughter. They hear everything I hear and see everything I see. They have invaded my privacy. This is unethical and needs to be stop. I am uncomfortable doing daily things like showering and using the restroom and being intimate with my gf. Speaking of they demand me to break up with my gf. Telling me she belongs to them. I believe Sheriff Kennemore to be a big player in this. He graduated high school with my gf. He had me arrested a while back. And my (non blood) brother once dated Sheriff kennemore sister and did not treat her well. So I think this is all one reason I have been chosen. I also believe the fact i suffer from bipolar and have had a prior history of drug use is another reason I was selected. The whole principle is that it sounds so unbelievable to the average citizen that I went come off credible. And who better to have their credibility question that a former drug user with a slight history of mental health issue. I assure u thou that I clearly know the difference between hallucinations and reality. I am sick of the daily harassment and it needs to stop. Please look into this. I was told they are also running a sting operation regarding a 17 year old girl I will call Tee for now. She lives near the police station. They are allowing this underage girl to go thru with sex with grown men so they can later file statutory rape against them. They knowingly let her have sex with these men and do not stop in to stop it. Dont allow these men who vow to protect and serve get away with this

I wish I had taken to heart the reviews that other people left regarding her work. They are correct, she is a very pleasant person. Pleasant does not get you results in the courtroom. She is either very slow at communications or does not all. She turned in wrong paperwork and we did not get to review the paperwork (she had my daughter, who is a professional listed as a day care provider, at home). She came to court unprepared and had to get information for the judge from my daughter while in court. We did not find out many court dates and needed information. We had to find out from my daughter's now ex-husband. She (Tana) did not obey filing deadlines that the Judge ordered! My daughter is out a lot of money while we had to do a lot of the work and watch dates ourselves.

You hire a lawyer who is understanding and competent to help you get through this hard time. I received the opposite services. Mrs. Benner was unprepared, not knowledgeable about court procedures and caused more emotional, mental and physical hurt during a time I needed a professional. Between the stress of getting an unwanted divorce and the stress Mrs. Benner caused in the process, I was unable to work and struggled daily. The only reason I was granted anything in my divorce after leaving my ex with everything besides a few belongs that I took for me was because of my mother. My mother put together all documentation for court, researched the law and policies as well as provided all emotional support during the process. I paid Mrs. Benner in full for her "lawyer degree" but would not recommend her to represent you during a horrible time unless you are prepared to feel worse and represent yourself without getting paid.
