David knew I was moving a truck load of brick in cubes. I told him I needed equipment to move those…read morecubes off a semi and onto my property. Cubes of brick are not on pallets. I was not home when they delivered the equipment. They sent me pallet forks. We tried to work with them but they are too big for brick cubes. There are special masonry forks for moving brick cubes. Due to having the wrong forks the cubes and bricks were damaged. It took an extra five hours to remove broken cubes. Physical labor to testable everything onto pallets to move them. It cost be an extra $500 for the semi truck to sit there while we killed ourselves stacking and re stacking. Half of my load is still in my driveway because we couldn't get them moved. And now I have to manually unpack and pack and move them to the back of my property with a little flatbed trailer. He didn't tell me I needed to refuel the skid, or I would have done so. When I called to talk to him about the problems he was so disrespectful. I was calm. I was not rude. I told him I wasn't trying to get out of paying him. I just wanted him to understand. And he told me he couldn't make me happy and hung up on me. So unprofessional. And a giant waste of $300. He cost me money and time and stress and hung up on me.

I got supplies for a wedding and reception here. The people are very pleasant and reliable. They…read moredelivered on time, and sent everything they agreed to. The cost was very affordable, and they were super accommodating. So why 4 stars, not five? There were 2 reasons: First I had wanted 70 chairs delivered to each of 2 separate locations. About a week before our 70 person event they got swamped with an order for 1000 chairs. To their credit they did not delete us entirely, however they did reduce our chairs by half. The ones for the ceremony were removed and we were left just with the chairs going to the receptions. Second: We ordered a slushy machine, and it was a total waste of money. We plugged it in 3 hours before the event and by the time it was over still no ice in it. Yeah the pina colada and blue raspberry were cold, but no slush on the horizon. A little heads up about the time it would take to generate slush would have been great. Still nothing earth shattering and it all worked out in the end anyway since we had to move the ceremony to the reception venue due to weather, and we had 40 gallons of beer we had to go through as well.
