This safety supply and fire extinguisher place is a place I have used off and on for 20 years, maybe more. For years I bought all my safety supplies from this place. Things like hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, rain gear, and everything to stock first aid kits. It did not matter if I purchased one band aid or a slew of stuff, it took 30 minutes at the counter. So much time wasted, and complaining to the manager did no good. Ten years ago, I stopped buying supplies, and only use them for fire extinguisher services. Works out better for me, they do not waste my time any more. A week later and I am still waiting for a call from one of the technicians to schedule an appointment to service our extinguishers. Glad I did not hold my breath on that one. It was already difficult enough for someone to answer the phone, I guess I wouldn't had insisted on trying to get a hold of that company. read more

Lady behind the counter had very poor customer service. She seemed perturbed that I came in with fire extinguishers to inspect and was gave me the bare minimum responses when I asked her some questions. She wouldn't even give me a claim receipt for my items without me incisting upon it. If you can find another place to get your extinguishes inspected, I would very much recommend it. read more
