Wow! Great company! I highly recommend using them. We are living in an attached bungalow. After a few roof leaks we decided it was time to replace our 15 year old roof. Both of the bungalows attached to us decided they were willing to consider this despite not having had any leaks themselves. Jorgensen was one of four companies that our three households looked into My husband is quite knowledgeable and did lots of research in advance and so he knew what advancements had been made in roofing materials and processes in the the past decade. Jorgensons price was competitive, providing good value, and the sales rep we invited to speak to us was honest, knew his products and explained their process. They were able to accommodate our preferred timing. They communicated through the process and answered all of our questions. Crews arrived on time, and worked hard to get the job done well. I was very impressed with the steps they took to prevent any damage to our property. Unlike other roofing companies I have seen in the area, there was no loud music played while they worked, no swearing or yelling. They worked long days and crews were respectful and considerate. They came one day start to repair and it start to rain, they stop and said they will be back next week. two days later it was a nice day they came and fixed the damage, I was so happy because we had the ice storm later on. You can't get better than Jorgenson. After some wind damage to my roof I needed a very quick repair before I got water damage. I called three other companies, none of which returned my call. When I called Jorgenson I was greeted by a very professional person who asked all the right questions about my roof. When I got stumped on a few questions she pulled up my house on Google's Streetview and made an assessment. Within hours a crew was fixing the roof. The crew was VERY professional and offered a lot of advice on my roof, not just where it needed repairs but where I wanted some other work done. Noticing a bit more damage on the roof, they fixed it while they were up there for no charge.
