However, the second time she went back to try the dress on again, the experience was completely different. The staff did not seem friendly at all, and it felt like we were an inconvenience. We also did not receive the same level of attention or help that we received during the first visit. It was disappointing because we expected the same customer service throughout the process. On top of that, when she asked if her family could come see her try on the dress the day they were hemming it, she was told there would be an additional charge. That was very upsetting considering this is supposed to be a special experience. Overall, the customer service after the purchase did not match the experience we received in the beginning

I came back around to get her name and another lady said something about telling the manger and said oh, she was probably playing how did Kim, stated I told her that was not professional or respectful and told her I lost my job, and I already felt bad my eyes full of tears. I came home I called the executive office at Macy's and spoke to Giselle, and she, stated she would be contacting Jennifer, which I advised her I had spoken to a manager, the manager stated Kim, was a vender. Giselle, said yes, she is a vendor for Versace. I told her that Kim was not being professional and that's no way to speak to any customer. I had lost my job playing or not. I never invited her into my conversation. I do not think that is funny. After looking around, we decided to go check out the rest of the mall. The staff at Dillard's seemed welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As always, there is also a ton of merchandise offered. No lack of inventory to look through and purchase. Guess inflation has affected every aspect of life as the prices seemed to be as high as ever. At least the store was clean and smelled good, especially the perfume and cologne area.
