Updating my review now that my case is done... Let me start off by saying they asked me to remove my review because it was giving their business a negative impact... HAHA And if anything on top of that I have just more negative experiences.... Since my last review they not only notified me that they will be using my case as a example of something that should never happen... They fired the case manager that was assigned to me, Hired new people to deal with personal injury cases (Since when they took my case they had no one in the office who had any knowledge), And still decided to take the full percentage of their fees out of my settlement even though they obviously are aware that they screwed up my case big time. I gave them a chance to right their wrongs and offer a new attorney percentage fee, But Of course since they are money hungry and incompetent, They declined and said they feel they deserve the full amount..... Even though they had to make THAT MANY changes just because of all the problems that my case went through. I have no words, I'm in the middle of reporting them to the bar and I still advise that no one comes to them ESPECIALLY for personal injury. This lawyers office did nothing but make my case harder then it already initially was from my accident. And then thinks they deserve the same amount as my doctors, And myself after having so many life threatening injuries, AND After messing up my case so bad and having no knowledge of how to deal with it in the first place. Ok, the worst experience I have dealt with. Jose Jordan and associates is the worst office you can go for an legal advice. In my case immigration consultation. Consultation is not free be ready to be charged am amount of $150. Don't waste your money. I paid for an appointment at 11. I waited in the lobby for an hour. Not bad right it gets interesting. Next I was called in by his assistant into an office. He took some notes down then walked out of the office with paper on hand proceeded to ask me to wait for Jose (lawyer) to take over. I was left in the office for 2 hours to be exact I almost felt like I was forgotten of. Finally after 2 hours of waiting Jose Jordan walked in. Big red flag --. He advertises his office on the radio. He's worst lawyer I have ever consulted to with very unprofessional! After waiting an eternity for MY appointment I paid for ahead of time. Big scammer! He out there scamming the Latino community which is awful. Do your research I guarantee you won't be charge triple the amount of what he is charging here.
