That plus the fact that you get package discounts up to 15% is great for beginners! I'm a beginner and I got my Yamaha keyboard+accessories in this shop. I strongly recommend it for beginners/advanced musicians. pro's: + You get to ask your questions without any stress. + They don't try to sell you stuff you don't want to buy. + Great prices, same or less than the Internet-shops. + Great garage with reserved parking lots for customers plus: you can park on the street right in front of the shop! + Test any instrument you want for as long as you want. + Enough accessories for my taste. + A lot of Yamaha Keyboards! con's: - It's a bit chaotic, there are E-pianos, keyboards, synthesizers and speakers EVERYWHERE you look. - They DO NOT accept any credit cards and NO EC-Karte. Left the town but came back in eighties / nineties for zivildienst and uni. So, finally after decades I stepped inside. I restarted playing guitars a half year ago. Living and working in MI I love scouting for guitar shops, mostly looking for used guitars, because the new stuff one can find anywhere. This place only has new guitars. (Bummer) From the outside there are two small windows. In the one in the right side of the entrance there are some guitars. That's it. That's what kept me out all the time. If that's all, why enter? Peeking inside... I see walls of shelves filled with boxes full of classical sheet music. I walk inside anyway... there's a sign: guitars downstairs ... !?! The surprise starts when I take the stair down to the basement. I would not have expected that the shop has a downstairs area. But this is not simply a basement. It's more like "catacombs". Huge area with several rooms packed with nice guitars. Never expected that. Kind of an underground world. I liked this place. Couple employees asked me if I wanted help. And let me roam freely. So in summary: more a personal / subjective experience. A very nice shop in cool ambiente. Prices are higher than what I see here at home in MI.

I get there and the guy was not only rude but he reeked of bad cologne. I had to leave, even though I was interested in a couple of the instruments. Yuck.
