He answered all questions and was so patient with my 70yr old mom with all her questions related to her estate planning as well as things that had nothing at all to do with estate planning. He didn't make her feel like a number nor was he in a hurry. He used a white board to show her a pictorial presentation as its quite a intricate process to cover yourself and your family upon your death or even prior to your death when you may not be able to choose for yourself. He allowed all questions to be answered and even allowed her to leave and think about if she wanted to work with him. There was no pressure to sign on the dotted line or even write a check. She of course didn't even have to think about it and asked him to proceed with his specialty. She is now feeling much more at ease, as am I that all the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted. She and I can rest our head at night knowing there are no issues with the estate or trust that could fall apart for any reason after her death.
