McDonnell I hired to process an estate and trust…read moredefrauded the estate, failed to appoint a trust administrator, failed to deposit the estate funds into trust. He and his associate executor cleaned out the estate and then refused to execute the trust. I hired Ms Flynn to forclose on a piece of property at 1703 Lake Shore Drive, Long Beach Indiana. The home was a forced sale because Barry F. McDonnell explained to the estate that they had stolen all the assets in the estate (verified by estate judge..who helped Judge Chapala no longer alowed to practice law) and they failed to pay the taxes. He forced me tp sell the home for about 320,000 and he helped draft the mortgage and get it aproved by the estate. At the same time another 3/4 million was stolen in personal assets and estate assets and never deposited into the estate. The judge refused to fire McDonnell even though he stated in court documents the estate has been destroyed. Restraining order was attained in even more attempted thefts by executors which with the help of rhe judge they succeeded. So they forced me to sell the 4,700 square foot home within two weeks as BFMcDonnel said the Indiana Department of Revenue was ready to take the property for unpaid taxes. The estate was over 3 million and solvent .they stole it alll. Now I hired Flynn tp collect the due payments. Barry McDonnell refused to answer the notice so I decided to forclose. Barry McDonnell appeared to represent the buyer in a mortgage he helped draft the sellers mortgage and represented myself as controlling heir as well. The new presiding judge refused to take ANY action to force payment during procedures and also refused to do anything when Barry F. McDonnell stated in writing that the mortgage of sale on behalf of his client was indeed INVALID because he helped scribe the document and McDonnell also advised the court in writing that the mortgage had "expired" and was no longer valid. The judge refused from that point to take criminal action Barry McDonnell for instituting a fraudulant document, the judge refused to vacate the illegal mortgage holders and then refused to proceed in any format except to honor the illegal mortgage in favor for the very individuals who accepted in writing in creating the fraud. Elizabeth Flynn offered no legal protection in a very clear case of fraud. Elizabeth Flynn did not counter and proceed to have those responsible for defrauding Robert Boeninger investigated nor did she report felony activities in the case to the state board. Elizabeth Flynn in her refusal to take the discovered and inform Mr. Robert A. Boeninger of his legal options. Elizabeth Flynn only informed Robert Boeninger to accept a payment of even less funds that discussed in the prior fraudulant mortgage. I feel Elizabeth Flynn knew of multiple options but refused to inform myself at a continued loss of 800,000 dollars. In discussing collusion with a local bank in registering a mortgage with the bank before even registering the mortgage of sale with Robert A Boeninger.......The bank refused to answer in fear of being criminally liable in helping orchestrate a mortgages (2) that were fraudulant. How many felonies does it take for an attorney in Michigan City to go to prison. I can show you its over 60.
