They have the southern hospitality aura and are professional. My installations did not cost me any $$ due to I am with the Duke Energy program and they get reimbursed from them for the services performed. Work asked for install chandelier, change 4 recessed lights to modern recessed lights, install outlet outside to light trees and install 220v outlet in the kitchen. I spoke with 4 companies in addition to Top Flight Electric. Top Flight was multiple thousands more than the other quotes received. Top Flight sends 3 estimates, the "Piece of Mind" most expensive estimate was extremely laughable because the they may as well be re-wiring my entire 4k sqft house and the neighbors house. Absolutely would not recommend.
