Before he brought me back I appreciated him letting me know the fee for today's visit because he was out of network with my insurance but I still wanted to see him. I explained my issues and he listened and discussed everything in connection to my body before he adjusted or found some of the triggers to my issues. He explains everything great and is very eager to help patients. He's a class act and I highly recommend his office. I left feeling better than how I walked in.

I informed him I had neck and shoulder pain and a normal care provider would annotate this in his records and would focus treatment in these areas but he never put any information I gave him into my records. When medical records were requested for my case he denied I was there because of the accident which shot my claim in the foot. I have a busy work schedule and the chiropractor "Dr." Hester said that's fine and to make it in when I can which I did. When I called him for clarification he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He immediately became defensive, argumentative and continuously spoke over me denying any of my claims regarding our initial meeting and reason for my treatment. Hester wouldn't allow me to ask questions, clarify anything or express my position. The entire conversation turned into a shouting match where we just yelled over each other the entire time and accomplished nothing. He seemed pleasant when I was going there but quickly showed his other side once he was called out on his shady behavior. He never prescribed a treatment plan, explained the difference between what I initially went in for and how he ended up treating me. It's clear he took my insurance information so he could receive payment upfront instead of treating me according to a treatment plan necessary for an insurance claim that would result in him getting paid once the claim was settled. He's a shady con artist who disarms you with a smile and a fake caring temperament whose sole motivation is money. I've never been to a chiropractor before and won't be going back to another one ever again. If you have a chiropractor you see and you trust I'd stay there but I would advise against going to this one because he does not have your best interest at heart. He's rude, unprofessional and clearly runs this scam often and once confronted all this becomes clear as day. Don't waste your time or money.

This is NOT that. This is real healthcare. He spends time with you, assessing your status and adjusting as necessary, applying manual therapies and additional services like stim or cupping if needed. I would put him down as my primary doctor if I could! lol. I believe everyone can benefit from chiropractic care but if you're someone who truly needs it, like I do, then there is no better place in the state. He is anti-vaccine, which I don't like, but he has helped me stop hurting, so I can't complain. He works with you if you do not have insurance or if you have insurance that doesn't cover chiropractic care. His office hours are weird, so call before you go in. I think it is from 9-12 and 3-6 on most days. They are closed on Fridays and most Thursday afternoons. If you are in pain, I highly recommend Dr. P.

My first visit was x-rays, a 5 page packet of my medical history, surgeries, medications list, posture test, weight, blood pressure, even how much one side of my body weighted vs the other side. Lots of tests and paper work. I was interviewed by the Dr. and told at that time that he would go over all of my tests and paperwork from that visit. This appointment takes about 1 hour. The 2nd appointment was to go over the chiropractic plan to get me better. The chiropractic plan was in the office setting, they give you print outs of your xrays, wellness plan, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. Because crooked teeth can't be fixed over night and neither can your bones. Years of damage could take weeks of treatment to fix. Teeth take years with 24/7 braces on them. The 2nd appointment takes about 1 1/2 hours. This place works like a well oiled machine. You have a scan card to scan in at the desk, if they need something from you the computer will say please see the front desk. If not your name comes up on the screen and you are free to go to the next open room where there is a wonderful rolling table that you get to lay on. After that you come back out the the front and get a room number that is next up for your doctor. Go to the room if it is open scan your card again. Your information comes upon the computer on the wall with all of the information about your treatment. The dr comes in does the treatment and enters the notes into the computer right then and done. This process takes about 10 minutes. In and out and feeling better. Every 4 to 6 weeks depending on your treatment plan you have xrays done to check the progress. I am about 5 weeks in on my 16 week treatment plan. I am amazed about how much better I feel and how much movement I have compared to before. I do not know why it says I am in CA I am in OKC. I left in pain, still holding my $20…read more Let me back up and give you the full story. Don't worry. I've calmed down and I'm in less pain than when I first started writing this review. So it isn't as hastily written as it originally was. I've rolled on a foam roller, rolled like a ball, and, best of all, got my amazing boyfriend to do a few "pick-me-up hugs" and walk his hands up and down my back. The pain is way down now, thank goodness. And for Free! I looked on Yelp for a chiropractic place near my house that was open. This place had a couple of good reviews (albeit written by one of the doctor's FB friends and her husband), so I thought I'd give them a try. I called and asked if they had time for a new patient. The girl that answered asked when I could get there. I said I was around the block, so I would probably be there in 5 minutes. Before I could see the dr, I had to fill out some paperwork. Normal. Okay. I sat down thinking it's pretty weird that it's 5:30pm and there is no one else there. But then someone walks outside. Okay, NOW no one but me is there. Once I got to the second page, and because I'm in so much pain I asked the front desk girl if I really needed to fill everything out, I would just rather tell him everything in person. She asked that I just put down something for their records. So I did. I finished filling out the paperwork and gave it to her. She took it towards the back. A few minutes later a voice called "Veronica". I grab my purse and walk around the corner towards what I'm assuming are the offices and find a guy in an office holding a clipboard. Before he would even think about adjusting me, he wanted to know what was going on. Again, normal. Okay. Although I tried to convey that I've been diagnosed and I know what I need, pain relief, he wanted to hear everything. Play sports? Where exactly is the pain? How long has this been going on? When did it start; do you have an exact date? Etc. So, he got my full story of everything that was wrong. Finally, after using the word excruciating at least twice and pointing to a spot on my back, he says we can get some x-rays done. He takes me to the x-ray room next door, but first, he says, FDG is going to come in and discuss billing with me. She comes in and tells me that the x-rays will be covered and the first visit will be $20. Thereafter, it will be $50 a visit. I tell her that I can't afford this. She then lets me know that I could pay a little bit at a time. I again reiterated that I can't afford $50 a visit. Just because I'm paying $20 now and $30 later doesn't mean I can afford it anymore than I could originally. I ask her if I can just get a relief adjustment and they can have the $20 (what they were asking for in the first place, minus the cancer-causing radiation and whatever that costs them). She says she will ask him. She leaves the room, closes the door behind her, comes back a moment later, and tells me this is not possible. So, I leave. After all this time (at least half an hour), other chiropractic places are now closed. And my back is in even more pain. They know this review is coming because they asked on their paperwork how I was referred. Additionally, FDG asked me while I was filling out said paperwork. And then once I was in his office, Dr. Craig Watson asked me as well. The only way I can really describe my visit is heartless. He knew I was in pain, and he didn't have the heart to tell me himself that he wouldn't do only a relief adjustment, just long term care. I really should have just said "Okay, but I will do the x-rays next time" and said I didn't have the time. I would have only been out $20 and pain free (Hopefully. I mean I don't know what the actual adjustment is like). And just never come back.
