Dropped in to sign up for Surety Bond. The agent said he hasn't done that special bond for a couple…read moreof years. We sat in the office for over half an hour as he contacted outside help to answer his questions. He even asked his colleague for help. He said we need to wait for the underwriter's approval. I was originally told that the bond will be ready when we just make the payment. He then said it should be approved the next day. I didn't hear from him. I had to call the office to find out he was on family leave. I was told to call back on Monday. He didn't call me back. I had to call him. He then said the underwriter didn't approve our application. Meanwhile, I still receive email to sign for the bond application, which was cancelled earlier. I took my business somewhere else and got a quick approval.
