If you need to to some groceries shopping there is a Carrefour. It is well connected to public transport and had a paid parking. My favorite mall in Las Palmas.

And centro Commercial is really just a shopping mall. But... triana doesn't have Primark or Carrefour. Which is important if your just looking for something cheap and stupid like hangers. The one thing that I don't like, is that it is closed on Sunday. The one day I want to do my errands. But no fault of theirs, I think it's a law to be shut on sunday. Bonus... no siesta here!
