We came here for a child's birthday party…read more It is an impressive place, both visually and in play facilities. It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

Very poor experience with Jungle Land customer service, speaking to a few different people…read more Specially the last call with the owner, they do not care about losing business and very unpathetic. I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!

My husband and I are already thinking of hosting next year's bday for our kid. A little out of the way, but we haven't seen any facilities with this level of care and attention in Toronto. So many unique ideas on how to celebrate with kids here! The best part is that they do have a special section for the adults to hang out, so they thought of everything!

Bounce N Play on Marycroft is the best place in the GTA to have a kid's birthday party…read more We just celebrated my son's 5th birthday this past Saturday and everything was amazing. They were very relaxed about the whole process. I just put down my deposit and could take up until the week before the party to decide on a package. They let me customize my package for some very small fees (to get a bigger cake, add a mylar balloon, etc.) and were very flexible to enable me to accommodate what I wanted for my son's birthday. The place was clean and empty when we got there. It accommodated everyone in our party, which included a big family, lots of friends, and school chums and their parents, too. Lots of room for coats, loot bags, gifts, party supplies, etc. The staff was amazingly helpful, kept refreshments coming (because of the awesome Deluxe Bounce Package we got), helped serve the cake with the expertise of people who have done this a lot, and they didn't push us out the door when our time was up, as we were doing our best to get out on time! One of the best things about it was the fact that you get the whole place for your party, no sharing with strangers, and the location was amazing, with lots of free parking. The kids had a blast and I will forever go back there for any future birthday parties for my little monsters! Thank you, Bounce N Play! It was amazing!!!!!

Tips: - You need to sign a waiver before you begin playing…read moregames. I had a tablet that kept on selecting the option below what I had tapped. - The claw, boxing, and motorcycle games don't have wristband access. You shell out to play them. A Yelp experience in June introduced me to Pixel Pulse. I enjoyed my time playing games. I forgot to ask about rates back then. I was in the area and dropped by to ask. There was lots of parking. I backed into a spot and walked into the building. Staff are helpful. I had to sign a waiver using a tablet. This touchscreen always chose the option below what I had selected. July for my birth month? I got August three times. The worst was specifying today's date on the waiver. It does not let you manually select the month. Rather, you're supposed to know that there's a Today button off to the right. I am a good tester for usability. Generally, if I don't get it, others won't. I give this waiver on a tablet a failing grade. Other than this tablet issue, I had a fun time. A male staffer was kind to put a bracelet around my left wrist. He then led me to a game and let me know how to use the bracelet. When you find a game that interests you, you tap the Enter button on the touchscreen and then scan your bracelet on the GoToTags scanner. I played these games: - Basket: I chose the game where you shoot at the green backlit basket. If you shoot at the red one, you lose a life. I enjoyed this game a ton. - BallToss: You have inflated balls that you toss through green-lit rectangles. If you throw them through red rectangles, you lose a life. I didn't like this game because I lost two lives right off the bat and I didn't even throw balls through red rectangles. I didn't get it! - C-Target: You use a laser gun to hit circular marks. I liked that there were chairs if you needed to sit down to play this game or just take a breather. I did fine shooting at targets, but I wasn't sure how I was doing until I ran out of ammunition. It was okay. - Seashells: You run around the room listening to sounds that each seashell was producing. You have to weed out the sound that doesn't belong. I loved this game so much. It was fun and a bit tricky as I moved up each level. - Pizza Delivery: You have to take a pizza box with a specific pizza order and place it in front of a door. I didn't get this game. The buttons were confusing and there needed to be more instructions at the pizza box station. - Hexa Quest: I chose the game where you get two targets and you have to hit them with small red balls. You need to hit each pair of targets before time runs out. I played this game twice. It was awesome. I successfully got through all five rounds twice. My favourite games in the order in which I played them: - Basket - Seashells - Hexa Quest I read the experiences from a few Yelpers who said that this place is for kids and that the games are boring for adults. I respectfully disagree. The minimum age is seven years old according to PIxel Pulse's site. If I were my seven-year-old self, I'd have a difficult time shooting baskets, as the hoops were high up. I was a tall kid, so my saying that I wouldn't do well speaks volumes. Maybe if a parent lifted me up, I'd fare better as a kid. Folks who felt that these games were boring likely didn't find games that matched their skillset. I do well at throwing games, which explains why I liked shooting balls in basketball hoops and tossing red balls at targets. I also have decent hearing skills. It's why I ended up having three favourite games that I played more than once. I found the washrooms towards the back to the gaming area. There are two single stalls. The one that I used was exceptionally clean. You lock the door with the red button when you're inside the stall, and use the square button to unlock and open the door. I let the male staffer know that the games were super fun. He took off my bracelet. I wished him a great day. He reciprocated. If you want to do challenge rooms only, rates are as follows: - 30 minutes - $19 - 60 minutes - $29 - 90 minutes - $38 If you want challenge rooms and the arcade, you have these rates: - 60 minutes - $35 - 90 minutes - $44 There are summer promotions happening. I like the summer pass play. Pricing: - Summer light - $99 for 60 minutes from June to August that's valid for 5 visits - Summer cool - $149 for 90 minutes from June to August for 5 visits with priority booking - Summer ultra - $199 for 60 minues per play each day, from June through August ,with 10% off arcade credits Pretty good deals if you want to spend some time honing your gaming skills in an air-conditioned playzone!
