FIVE DAYS later with no response emailed them again. Got boilerplate excuse (busy season, miscommunication, blah, blah) saying I'd have a quote by email. I followed up TWO DAYS later, and got a quote with a two page list of conditions, one of which required a 50% deposit with NO COMMITMENT for date(s) the service would be provided. Also they listed credit card as an acceptable payment method but DID NOT reveal that they assessed a 3% service charge (I had to ASK in a separate communication). Cannot comment on quality of the actual service I was requesting because I declined the quotation. If they CANNOT communicate in the quotation stage, how am I supposed to trust them by just GIVING them money in advance and no commitment for the work?

He has done 2 huge French drains, one massive brick wall, numerous other brick projects in our yard, all for competitive prices. The way he felled a huge juniper tree that was growing into our house and overhead electrical lines was pure genius. Yes, it is hard to communicate with the company. His wife has several little ones. She does the estimates and schedules the work. I do have to get after her to get back to me, but once I get her on track, Caesar and his crew arrive right on time and finish right on time too. Their work is holding up beautifully. I look forward to spring cleanup and the professional way my yard looks afterwards.
