I hired JP Lucky Construction to complete a flat roof project, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. Within 4-5 months of the work being completed, water began accumulating under the top membrane. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the workmanship and materials used were substandard. Instead of installing continuous rolls of membrane, the contractor applied small patches along the parapet, which created multiple vulnerable points for water intrusion and resulted in an unprofessional finish. When I raised these concerns, the company did not honor their warranty. Instead, they attempted to shift blame onto me and other contractors. Ultimately, I had to pay additional money for labor and materials for them to return and address issues that should have been covered under warranty. I was also told that leaving a negative review would void any future warranty coverage. Aside from the technical deficiencies, the overall conduct of the contractors was unprofessional and uncooperative. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend JP Lucky Construction for roofing or construction services. read more

The team was on-site each day and kept busy until the end of each day. They were all friendly and hard working. They ended up increasing the home value by over four hundred thousand dollars!
