I wanted to leave an honest review because the overall experience did not match the price or the promises. My first windshield tint was 50% and cost $240. The tint itself came out great, but my cup holder was damaged during the visit and nobody mentioned it to me. I had to bring it up myself. That was the bigger issue for me at the time. If something happens to a customer's car, they should be told immediately instead of hoping it goes unnoticed. A few days later, I came back to go slightly lighter with 70% tint. I was quoted $200 as a discounted retint because of the cup holder situation. I do not understand how paying $200 after already paying $240 is supposed to feel like a meaningful discount, especially when the damage was not acknowledged up front. The 70% tint looked fine at first, but once the sun hit the windshield, I noticed a crease in the film. I returned right away. The installer came out, looked at it, and confirmed the crease. He then went to speak with the front desk staff. I was told it was minor and that tint is installed by humans, so it will not be perfect. I understand people are human and mistakes happen. That is not the point. The point is that I paid premium money for a clean install and a lifetime warranty. If a visible concern is confirmed but dismissed because it is "hardly noticeable," what is the actual point of the warranty? It feels like the shop is more focused on avoiding the cost of redoing work than making sure the customer leaves satisfied. The crease may be minor to someone who does not drive my car every day, but it is still something I see in sunlight on a brand new windshield tint job. I did not expect perfection from a machine. I expected accountability, communication, and a business willing to stand behind its work. Inspect your vehicle carefully before leaving, especially the interior, and ask exactly what their warranty covers before paying. read more

I took advantage of a Groupon opportunity during the summer for 5 windows tinted on my Model Y. I walked in on a Saturday and they had an opening for tinting 2 hours later. I came back with my vehicle and they started right away. I asked for an estimate on how long the tint job could take. The lady at the front counter said it could be up to 2 hours. My wife and I waited there in their waiting area while the job was being done. There was a vending machine with several snack options available as well as bottled water and coffee. It took under an hour to complete the job. Overall, the purchase was handled very professionally from the moment I was greeted to being handed my keys back. I highly recommend. read more

I'm very disappointed that I have to write this review. I contacted this company to wrap a company van. The van has typical failed paint in various areas. So I expected the price to be higher than usual. They charged me $4500.00. When I came to pick the van up after the service was completed, I immediately noticed that a part of the roof was not wrapped -which it should have been as it was a specific part of our written discussion. The woman told me that the owner wanted to wait until I arrived to pick the van up to explain why he didn't wrap that part of the van. I asked why didn't he call me to get clearance to make such a call. Ultimately, I had to leave the van and drive back to the city for which I live. This caused a bit of a headache because the van was scheduled to be in service the following morning. The next day I returned to pick the van up and noticed there was white and black over-spray paint all over the van.. on the windows, rubber seals, the driver and passenger doors and across the dash. All four tires had red and white over-spray (paint) all over the tires. I also noticed they misplaced the wording of the company logo on the driver side fender of the van. The wording was placed on the crease of the fender which distorted the writing making it difficult to read. The passenger side was placed perfectly above the crease. When I pointed these things out to the tech who brought my van to me- two gentleman came into the parking lot with gasoline and acetone to remove the paint. Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful. Please keep in mind that I too am standing in 108 degree weather as they try this tactic. When I brought these things to their attention via email on the same day of pick up- they simply stopped responding. To this day, now about two weeks later, I still have not heard from them. I would warn any hard working person to avoid this place until the owner/management learns the value of integrity, accountability timely communication. As a business owner, I did not want to write this review, but as a consumer we all deserve to be treated with a proper level of respect. read more

I decided to tint my Focus windows since it gets so hot in Stockton. It was my first time getting tint done on any of my cars and now I wish I would have done it sooner. I contacted them through Yelp, dropped my car off for their special which was an excellent price I think, and picked it up on the same day before heading out to work. The work is quality and a good price. However the customer service is crap. I was told I could drop my car off at 9am no problem. I show up right at 9 only to find out apparently they only have 1 window tint guy and he won't be in until 11. I asked if I would get my car back by one and was told no problem. Then they kept pushing back the time, ended up not getting my car back until 3. I was late to picking my kids up from school. After speaking to a nice gentleman and giving him some details about the project (including emailing him some logos & sizing information) I was promised a quote back "soon." I then followed up with emails asking for updates over the next 4 weeks. No response. I then followed up with "Please let me know if you do not have time for this project, so I can move on." My Buisness relationship with this company started in the last week of October 2015,a young man who goes by Razi,came in to my store. Well spoken and was really determined that he could take care of all our graphic/design wrap needs.So we signed a contract with this company and wrote them check for $1200 as a deposit.i met him on a Wednesday and he said let me finish off some small projects until the weekend and we'll start your work on Monday. Monday comes and he's on vacation! For a whole week! Work was then suppose to start next when he gets back. I had to take the initiative to go to the shop and get the digital graphics made. Then Monday comes and they're supposed to start to install the work that I had them get done at their shop for 3 hours. The week goes by saying tomorrow, tomorrow etc. I decided to not continue with the project any longer and Razi says he doesn't work there anymore. A couple weeks go by and they finally come and install our banner,(I will post pics to show how bad of a job they did).we also ordered a maroon decal for our window,they came and installed a white one,we had a wrap made for our Ice cream freezer,Razi apparently does not know how to measure and it turned out to be too big.So they ended up installing it on the wall.i will post pics of everything I'm talking about. This company is absolutely the worst!!!!!! This company by far is the worst professional relationship I ever had.Today is 12/09/15 and the banner is still not fixed, and we just received our 5k Buisness cards.it took this company 1 month and 11 days to print 5000 Buisness cards.they refuse to come and fix the white decal that was suppose to be maroon!! They told us today that someone will be here tomorrow 12/10/15 to fix the banner,we"ll wait and see if they show up. We tried every avenue to get these issues resolved but no response so I had no choice but to write this review. read more
